I don't have a problem with the Paleo Diet, as I outlined in my OP it is great for losing weight and turning fat in to muscle. However if you are looking at a nutrition plan where you are already lean and looking to get bigger and stronger, Paleo becomes difficult due to the restrictions of foods that are Paleo and finding proper carbs and nutrients.
