Being present. So when you're walking sometimes don't stay glued to the phone or watching media. Just enjoy the sun and nature. Or sometimes waiting in a line. Or walking to class. Just 10 min a day when you wake up meditate. Practice your breathing, close your eyes, and think of nothing. Make sure it's quiet. Forget the things around you and just sit in the silence. Well it don't have to be silence but maybe some sort of ambience the objective is to just be at peace momentarily and let nothing …

9 years and still boyfriend/girlfriend...and on top of that putting up with someone redpilled... Looking from the outside I think you need to truly find your self worth. It's truly hard to believe you love yourself if you accept that kind of trash for so long too. I don't know much about being a woman but I know many women want men who are intentional and want the responsibility/risk that come with marriage for the safety of their commitment. You gave away 9 years and only received pain. If I wa…

Generally it isn’t that hard to understand them. If you’re red pilled you’ll most likely 1. Be entitled to woman (even while broke, stable, or rich) 2. Have high to extreme misogynistic views 3. Prioritize complaining over taking action 4. Lack accountability/ victim mindset 5. Surface level thinking skills. Being red pilled requires little to 0 thinking skill Would also like to add that many men may not be “red pilled” but have some of those traits that make one or a few of the same thought pro…

Men learn best from heartbreak. I'd say either set that boundary to stop going down that rabbit hole because it only gets worse over time so either tell him to stop it & identify what's wrong or leave. That is literally the best thing to do, a lot of woman give guys these sugar coated and "I'll work with you" type of support while allowing all sorts of bs continue and guess what it'll happen again and again and you'll find yourself on reddit every so often wanting advice about something when tha…

If you think she was stuck on her ex or whatever then it is what is it. I recommend you get into stoicism. It'll make life easier and keep you in the right track, ofc it ain't a 1 size fits all but generally it'll set you up until then girls shouldn't even be a concern right now just focus on your own life's mission and better yourself. At least until you start to see the insecurities go away then they might just start coming to you but you gotta put the work in first and be the best man you can…

Yeah man you definitely deserve that and created that yourself. You told her she's boring for not going out and all that? Nah bruh. I know for a fact most dudes like that about woman but anyways the content gotta go. All your YouTube subscribers all your tik toks the only way you get out is cold turkey you literally have to change your way of thinking because she probably should have sensed the fake aura from you from the start but I promise you, it'll happen to every girl you try to meet until …

Dating for me is fine whenever I wanna get back out there. Thing is there is too much internal work that needs to be done and I got nothing but time by my side so I've just been focusing on that and applying myself to my career goal. You'll find out a lot about yourself when you're alone for a while I feel like every man should go through it at least once in life especially when you live alone without kids. Get a dog. Listen to your thoughts more and listen to music less often. Been doing that f…

I was you 2 years ago. Guess what was the cure? Stop giving a fuck. Stop caring about opinions on YouTube. You don't need any of that. How's your life going? Hows your career going? There's so many other things to worry about man. In today's economy especially. Jobs are getting automated. People are going crazy. And you have so much time to what... Stress about woman? That's gonna come and go dude. Think about it things long term. If you don't know how to attract woman or put yourself out there …

Makes sense. When you see shit and get experience in life naturally become red pilled to some extent like what did you think bro was supposed to be perfect without any flaws he prolly has the most based take when it comes to redpill, young men, woman, and etc it sounds like you’re just knit-picking.

Caregivers are needed EVERYWHERE you’ll easily find a job. But you HAVE to move to get a bigger pool of woman. You live in town of 2000 people dude… anyone young is moving away from there you should’ve noticed that by now you can’t meet anyone? Edit: ok makes sense

Oh yeah I’ve seen the post. I just wish like counseling and things like that weren’t so costly. Like having friends to vent to is cool and all and I guess it’s healing but people have lives but overall if the world could heal it’ll be 10000 times better my problem was I didn’t even know where to start, also the manly ego of toughing it out no matter what didn’t make things easier and what I’m learning also is it takes timeeeeeee but thanks for the comments I’ve been seeing all your comments and …

Oh yeah she’s gone, gone unfortunately. And yes I also believe it isn’t just about money so lately self improvement has been my main focus. Trying to learn how to actually be a man, be useful, working on emotional intelligence, building healthy relationships, cleaning up the diet, having a full filed life, etc. Thank you for the comment and kind words.

They don’t “shit test” because they want to get to know you, they do that to deliberately piss you off and want your reaction. Is that not childish? You really consider that getting to know someone?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
