If you have different goals, no wonder you have different approaches. Doesn't mean he is wrong.

Another two books that tackle the issue OP's talking about. Power of Now - Eckhart Tole The Book of Ego - Osho Highly recommended

Don't see what the benefit for her was in this instance. Maybe feeling good about herself because she helped boost another man's confidence a bit. But that is a good healthy reason.

To bulk you need sufficient protein and calorie surplus. Rice is the easiest option to get needed calories, but not only one.

Nuclear option (from shit test guide) for girl #2 once you realized what she was doing.

I can tell from your post you don't lift. Do it. Everything will seem easier in life after you start lifting.

Being tall is attractive simply because it implies bigger strength. So if you short but strong as fuck, you counter that..shortage xD

My voice volume/strength is very low. Is there a way to increase it without actually yelling from top of my lungs. Like some exercices that can be done to improve it?

Was going to write this. While op does make a solid point, the 'shes not yours its just your turn' is catchy and helps with newcomers that have issues with oneitis and understanding woman hypergamy.

Thank you for this post. How old were you in thise two shitty weeks you described, and roughly how long did it take to change that. Im also curious about what triggered the change?

"Your score is 25 out of 36". On social intelligence test. How did others do? It says Your score is equal or better than 36% of all participants. Seems low percentage for what seemed good overall score. Wish it could divide that for male/female.

ADD? Cut out computer, tv, mobile to minimum. Read books, heavy exercise, good food, quality sleep, learn new skills(any hobby basically). Keep it up for 6 months and tell me that shit don't improve.

Good point and a refreshing point of view. Where I come from they usually use the 'be yourself' as way of rationalising them being a lazy bum who smokes weed all day.

we don't need to be told we're fucking beta. Why not, part of not being a beta is not giving a shit about random stranger on net telling you ur a beta. You know, the whole, don't be a snowflake thing.

20 minutes on full/naked body and not just face/hands? What time in the day/year since sun isn't always the same intensity? What about the days when it's cloudy or when you don't leave house during the day. What about living in far north/south countries where sunlight isn't as strong by default.. Chances are, you need it suplemented.

The sheer number of dumb voters is actively making yours irrelevant. Completely wrong. In my country at least, voting for president is far less important than voting for a party. The more votes a party has, more ministers can it appoint. If a party that I vote for gets bigger percentage, even if it's far less than 50%, they get more power and control in the parliament.

Yea but to say your vote makes absolutely no difference is just...weak.

Your vote won't change a damn thing. Do you ever throw garbage on the street/nature? You not throwing it won't change a damn thing? Isn't this disparaging to yourself? Like you don't even matter? I like to often think about my actions, what if everyone did what I do? If the result is a world that is worse off, I mostly won't do it. The country you live in will go in same direction regardless of anything. Absolutely disagree. Maybe in the US, but it definetely don't apply to all countries, especi…

Liberals - conservatives. Vaccine - Antivaccine Religious - Atheist I feel people divide opinions and edge closer to opposite sides of the spectrum just to be further away from the people they are disagreeing, and only accomplishing going more and more full retard while doing so. Usually both sides have good and bad parts, balance is key. Except for flat earthers. Fuck em.

Isn't dopamine for short term instant happiness, and serotonin for long-term well-being happiness?
/r/TheRedPill08/01/18 12:53 PM

The goal here is to become aware of the breath. Have to disagree here. The goal, is to let go of any thoughts/emotions once you notice them and then return the focus on the breath. Just focusing on the breath achieves nothing. The entire exercise is letting go of thoughts and emotions and not to get lost in them. That's what helps you later on to not be anxious, angry, etc. because it's easier to just let it go.

Something something injury. Unless you do really good warmup and dynamic stretching. But even then, I'd rather start with a smaller weight for first rep. Instead of 'tricking' yourself right into bigger weights right away so you wouldn't slack off later on.

Yes, not being a financial burden is a pretty big plus. Being suportive is expected from LTR, so that really should't be said as a 'bonus'.

There's something small though..something untouched by all the toxic shit, maybe it's your soul, maybe it's your fucking manhood, but it screams out louder then anything else, FUCK NO it says, and your body listens. Fuck yes, I needed to read this to relate to that currently whispering voice. It needs to be fed so it can get louder and louder till I can hear nothing else.
