He's a talker, and he just happened to find a single girl that was hot and liked talkers. And of course he decided to keep her for himself even those that date was pretty bland. It's a dating coach who's advice probably rarely works, but worked once for himself out of the blue once with a really attractive girl and uses it to sell his product.
