I see little reason to 'buff up' for my own sake, being healthy on the other hand definitely is a worthy goal. I won't feel better having giant arms for the sake of having giant arms - there's little point aside being aesthetically pleasing to others, in my opinion.

Thank you for your inspiring words. I fear that the self-image of my character is at odds with the image I have of physical strong man. I am a nerd at heart, I do not have much interest for physical achievements - that sad I am not fat, nor tall, nor really weak - I'm working on body-weight fitness from home using gravity as I don't have a push-up bar or any tools. "I don't expect you to understand" seems like quite the popular phrase lately. I don't feel a lack of understanding, It's the lack of will to submit to that reality ;( I completely agree with your assessment, though. Wishful thinking is still high up my list of bad habits.

Would really like people to start using the terms Dominant/Assertive for an 'asshole' and Submissive/Dis-genuine for 'nice guy'. I don't think being an asshole is a good approach in any regard, the benefit it has is that it seems more dominant because you're being anti-social which can have an aura of carelessness/independence to it.
