38	Good luck ever getting a tech job at GE - They set a goal to have 50/50 (male/female) representation for all technical entry-level jobs even though <20% of graduating engineers are female. This is, hands down, what kills me about the "diversity" craze; Women and minorities demand not to be treated differently because of their gender, race, or sexual orientation because those things don't mean anything in the professional world. Same people scream when they are not given special protection or hiring consideration because of their race, gender, or sexual orientation.
