I saw the video on an other sub but I don't understand if an employer can fire an employee for something that is not related to work. Someone said employers don't hire pieces of shit and I totally agree, but that wouldn't explain from a legal perspective. I'm just having trouble to understand since where I live employers wouldn't care a bit about whatever is happening outside work. Maybe it's their social responsibility? Thanks in advance.
