This shit drove me crazy, privacy is not an option in a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/24 02:52 PM

know damn well OP had a giant shit eating grin on his face typing out that title
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:47 PM

Not how the world works anymore, life isn't as piss easy as it used to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 08:42 PM

Nice, mine refused to sort the plumbing so I had to do it my self, she hadn't treated the place for mould so I got bronchitis in the process
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 04:31 PM

Never experienced this, things are different nowadays. There's a reason literally everyone despises landlords, regardless of their political alignment. My last landlord expected me to renovate her place then basically pushed me out and there was nothing I could do about it. Most people where I'm from would rather see less regulations on drugs and firearms and more on landlords, that's how bad it's gotten; it probably will happen too given people are particularly rowdy in this corner of the world…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 04:00 PM

Bold of you to assume landlords maintain their own property, they get the tenants to do it
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 03:46 PM

They're just a landlord bro, take everything they say with a mountain of salt
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 03:36 PM

They don't, we talk about videogames and sports. Not even sure how that's comparable you can control your weight, and men are way more willing to date fat women than women are in dating short or even average guys lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 03:31 PM

How old are you though, also how much do you charge for rent
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 03:29 PM

Nvm it's a landlord
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 03:27 PM

There's hundreds of women that openly talk about how vile 5'7 guys are for just existing for every man that even knows about Andrew Tate beyond him being some bald cunt.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 02:57 PM

few years, I was committed but she wasn't
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 11:19 PM

Thanks for being honest about the passive aggressive communication one, that shit drives me absolutely insane. Men do it too but I'd imagine it's not as common place because it just leads to physical confrontation, especially when you're an Irishman.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 11:16 PM

If you work in retail or fast food you're better telling them you're a drug dealer. I'm not even joking. At least then you have a chance at appealing to some of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 04:46 PM

I don't think it's misogynistic outlining commonly observed behaviours, there's blatantly misandrist posts on here on a daily basis and I severely doubt you'd have referred to them as such. I could replicate the exact same behaviour as I did years ago and be just as successful, as I did during a few relapses. Obviously I'm not going to risk dying over mo' shaties. It's not uncommon for men to adopt sleezy personas just to attract women either, there's a reason there's guys my age going around wi…

? the implication is that there are women attracted to the excitement/emotional dynamic/feeling from chasing 'problematic' men that want nothing to do with them when they realise they're really not that exciting. They're not in it for you, they're in it for the feeling they get. Also , if anything the women liked me because I looked older a few years ago; as women generally do prefer older guys. Hell the girl in question was 7 years older than me and assumed I was a good bit older than her at fi…

This place always finds a way to ruin my day I've been planning to ween my self off the internet soon, deleting this reddit soon. I really think many young men should do the same. Read some books, watch some good films, play some good games, go into the woods and drink beer/whiskey with your friends idk. Just stay the fuck away from stuff like this, you're playing right into their hands even engaging with it and it's absolutely horrific for your mental health; none of this is natural. It's a wra…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 03:15 PM

I think it's just a symptom of modern dating and social media, it seems to happen more often than not now. I think the recent prevalence of gender wars has led to more apparent power struggles in relationships too, maybe that has something to do with it. My two friends are dealing with it as we speak, they basically don't get to have a social life while their partners do.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 03:01 PM

She was persistent in asking me out, found it admirable. She was also very nice at first.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:54 PM

Dude, have you seen people before and after quitting hard drugs? I looked like a walking corpse. None of them did hard drugs, a couple of them drank and smoked weed occasionally, like most young people. A lot of them have moved on to get married and had kids, they're doing just fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:52 PM

People tell me I look younger now, I don't mean that in a delusional mid life crisis glow up way, I mean I was an actual drug addict at the time, I had a buzzcut because my hair was going grey/falling out and my beard was a scraggly brown/grey. Already had grey/blue tattoos from when I was a kid, I naturally have a pretty deep voice but it was even more husky from smoking 24/7. Most people assumed I was in my 30's. Now most people assume I'm in my lower-mid 20's. Which is around my actual age.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:39 PM

lmao, I swear to God then they wonder why guys lie about being 6ft. Shawty unless you're a taller woman you're not going to notice, and you wouldn't have even spoke to him if he didn't lie about a literal matter of CM smh
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:31 PM

Dude that's the thing, I've had the exact same discussion in real life and I'm 5'9/5'10. I'm either 5'8 or 6ft depending, I can't just be average. Social media has massively inflated how big an inch is (for the wrong place), the difference between me and my 6ft is not perceivable unless you squint for a solid 5 minutes. Yet that imperceivable difference in real life had massive implications on how successful you are with the likes of online dating, like how do people rationalise this
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:24 PM

Yea that was a major issue I faced with relationships, if you're dating a dude you can't just go party with random strangers, doing drugs and hanging out with dudes you were talking to before. You don't get to act single anymore. I feel like it's a massive double standard because absolutely none of that flies if you're a guy, my ex girlfriend went on my phone and made me cut off contact with every girl I'd spoken to, even when I was no longer actually speaking to them. If I'd taken her phone and…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:21 PM

There were women on this subreddit that were vividly disappointed he was 5'10 so not really a 6 pack is nice, but it's just a plus. Most women would take a 6'5 guy with a dad bod over a ripped 5'9 guy
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/24 02:13 PM

When I was a total dickhead that wanted nothing to do with anyone, just wanted to get high I always had a small rotation of girls trying to pin me down. Women like the chase too, you just have to be attractive to them. When they get you it's a different story though, they get comfortable and bored then dip. I think they just like the excitement. Granted this was in my late teens/early 20's, many would be going through a rebellious streak before they settle down with a more secure option

I don't agree with promiscuity in general but people really need to understand that men and women are completely different and therefore have different standards. When I was a 'hoe' I had way more women approaching me, women on this subreddit have made it abundantly clear that women like men that have other women around them; even if it's just an indication that he's actually safe to be around.

I know an autistic girl like this, she's obese and has a body count deep into the double digits and with time these men have been more and more forward with just using her and kicking her to the curb. She's became more and more radicalised against men and can't seem to comprehend that she may be the problem. It's just depressing, a lot of people deflect the blame and pin it on men for their low standards, as if men aren't lowering their standards to combat hypergamy. At what point do women actua…

That's fair, the world only serves to serve cut throat men more and more. I've learnt the hard way that being decent just gets you exploited, at least by women anyway. Now I just do whatever I can for me, my family and friends. Everyone else can collectively "get te fuck"

The patriarchy actually actually closed the reproductive gap a bit, most young men won't reproduce now through no fault of their own. It's kinda sad
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 10:27 PM

Misery is what radicalises people. The average young working class people are going through it right now, regardless of gender.

Gen-z, I'm actually average, height/weight/maybe slightly above average looks. Women seem to think average height = short now which I'm pretty sure is due to this hypergamy thing you guys talk about. We're in survival mode and completely burnt out before hitting 30 because stagnant wages and an ever increasing cost of living. It's hitting us particularly hard because we can't just get a partner and split the burden. In regards to dating you get maybe 1-2 dating opportunities a decade and they're…

I guess they just have unresolved trauma they need to work through, but being a covert abuser is more socially acceptable if the man is the victim because the historic power imbalance. Even easier if the victim is autistic where you find it difficult to convey how you feel. People generally believe quiet people are more passive which in my experience really isn't true, at least with autistic men who are generally stubborn as mules. I noticed it a lot more when I was homeless/addicted to substanc…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:41 PM

Surprised you're actually interested, can I ask why you're curious? Me and a few autistic friends of mine have come across women like this in basically every walk of life, they hang around autistic men's hotspots in real life and online it's obviously a very small minority of women but they're very often older and use rhetoric like "I feel behind in life so I wouldn't feel comfortable with a guy my age", which I feel like would be really inappropriate if the roles were reversed. They basically g…

I feel bad for teenagers, hopefully things are better by the time they're my age so they don't have to work 80 hours a week to pay off a shitbox that their parents could have bought for a few thousand back in the day.

Gen Z people can be almost 30. Really solidifies my point though
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:42 AM

That's the easiest age range to get bitches so I guess if you're not getting anything when you're that age you probably can consider your self an actual cel. Even I got laid and I was a homeless drug addict
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:20 AM

No, most the people on here are completely oblivious to just how difficult things are for Gen-z and below in general so I can only assume they're either from very privileged backgrounds or older... or both? It's also full of crazy people, my favourite is the femcel that posts a few times a day with some bizarre misandrist bs masquerading as a discussion when she's blatantly just chronically online and found some bizarre cherry picked and most likely fake scenarios to fuel her hatred of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/24 12:18 AM

Reread his post, then yours
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 06:50 PM

Well yea everyone has 'dark triad' traits, they're necessary for survival. I'd argue they're pretty important in dating too, at least for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 06:17 PM

I've read that this is how can narcissism present it's self in women, supposedly it's why there's relatively more narcissistic women in nursing and the likes. It's all about positive attention; it's why virtue signalling is more prevalent amongst women on social media... I think Just like with narc men if you even dare question their integrity they crumble

/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/24 01:52 PM

I hate this idea that men are 'turning' right wing, where you lay on that insanely outdated and ridiculous political spectrum is mostly dictated by where you're from. People from urban population centres in western society are naturally going to be more 'left wing' than people from a rural area. There are literal heatmaps out there that indicate this throughout almost the entirety of the US and Europe. I'd fall slightly to the left but given I'm from the deep rural countryside of fucking Ireland…

I get what he meant but he worded it hilariously poorly. In my and many other guys experience blowjobs tend to die down with time. Kind of like during the courting process when guys are always bearing gifts but it slowly dies down. I think it means more to men because you're not expected to reciprocate, not that I have any issue with that my self but I appreciate the thought. The very first girl I dated had a very hard stance on this as well, she seemed pretty fearful of what I'd think of her be…

Definitions are a lot less concrete than they used to be, hell even gender is rapidly becoming an outdated concept I think many men would disagree with you however, there's nothing men appreciate more than a blowjob; it's incredibly intimate and shows a level of appreciation and admiration from a woman that's very much vacant for the average everyday mans life. It's so much easier to get sex than just a blowjob. Shoutout women

I've had and heard this this discussion so many times, most people around me including women consider any form of intercourse as losing your virginity. Most the people I've met that disagree are usually desperately trying to cling on to some semblance of 'innocence', which I do understand given the outdated stigma, it's not like it matters so long as you disclose it with your partner. Some people care about sexual history, some people don't and that's fine.

Yes and no, yes in the sense social media absolutely does constantly shift peoples expectations and beauty standards regardless of gender, nobody is safe. I have a very tall broke and autistic friend who is skinny fat and by all means looks like a dweeb, he basically just has to exist and he more often than not has a girl or two trying to pin him down, I think it might be a gen z thing where height is intensely fetishized but I could be wrong. I think these things matter more with age, people ge…

I've always dated down looks wise, by the admission of the women I've dated. It doesn't get any easier if they're 'homely', it really doesn't. There's an awful lot of bitterness and general baggage that comes with these girls in my experience. Would love to be proven wrong, and I will admit I am the type to attract a demographic that tends to possess a lot of mental illness.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/24 12:19 PM

People are insanely critical of others these days, remember sitting in a circle of girls swiping on hinge and they made baseless accusations just based on their pics then laughed about it together. Vividly remember them talking about how 5' 7" guys are the worst, like long winded rants about how it's a red flag in it's self. I've literally never looked at another human and thought about the negatives they represent, most the time I speak to them and I'm just like "ha, cool guy"
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 02:06 PM

I had virtually zero social inhibition when I had a huge drug issue and I'd basically just hit up girls and ask them to hang out, I don't think men realise just how much women actually appreciate someone being cocky enough to just ask them out. wouldn't do it now, but you don't get what you don't ask for

I honestly couldn't tell you, I have severe prosopagnosia I've been told I was pretty good looking, I had girls basically throwing them selves at me in my teens/early 20's. That slowed down after I quit drugs and gained weight but I get cat called and groped sometimes so I'm assuming I'm at least slightly above average, which isn't hard when the average man is obese and bald
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 01:06 PM

The friendzone does exist, I've put women in it. They don't take it anywhere near as gracefully as most men do either, in my experience. My assumption is men are just more conditioned into facing rejection, especially since the societal expectation for men to do most the work will never shift

The numbers were always skewed because women date older men, you'd assume this would have changed by now but it hasn't if only due to the cost of living and housing crisis, young men simply can't feasibly afford access to some perquisites most women demand, like having their own place. Naturally older guys are more likely to have these. I don't think any rational person assumed that 'chads' were forming soft harems. Not saying they don't exist, they obviously do but that's not enough to skew dat…

I'd like to think I'm pretty neutral compared to most people here and this is one area that seems to be filled with malice. It's also worth considering a lot of people on this subreddit are completely ignorant to younger peoples problems, REGARDLESS of gender. Nothing screams privileged/older gen than not realising that people literally can not afford to be alone right now, good luck paying rent and living comfortably without a partner. There's a reason so many men are stuck at home or stuck in …

Thanks for answering. Me and a few autistic friends of mine have come across pretty predatory women that go for autistic guys because we can be extremely naive, only to basically try humiliate us so it helps to be careful. Obviously the exact same thing happens with predatory men going for autistic women. Yea pretty much all the men in my family are autistic it's definitely hereditary, I can't speak for women because I know it's diagnosed slightly differently, at least it was when I was diagnose…

I wouldn't be with someone that would put me in this situation anyway, this must be like the male equivalent of "give me the pass to your phone". Sorry if this is inappropriate but would you consider your relationship normal? like you don't have him doing any 'fluffy' stuff... This sentiment would be cool if women practiced what they preach, this whole "men need to learn how to be comfortable alone" nonsense is hilariously hypocritical. Most young women aren't alone, most young men are. I'm convinced at this point it's just rage bait to drive engagement

I'd imagine because women are more prevalent on social media there's just more content to cherry pick from to fuel misogyny. It really doesn't help that rage bait is the new cheat code to drive engagement. I don't have tiktok/insta or whatever though so I'm just going by what people have told me

We've been laughing at this for a solid ten minutes, I'm so sorry; genuinely did not expect an actual burn victim. In Ireland we had a wee bit of a blip in recent history that involved a lot of explosions so it wasn't uncommon to come across a lot of people that were left disfigured or scarred by burns. Wouldn't wish it anyone, best of luck though hope things continue to improve, if they can... idk
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/24 07:20 PM

If you feel the need to make a conscious decision to maintain a relationship you're the problem. I feel like this would be less of an issue if women were choosing their partners more organically rather than clinically ticking through a massive list of prerequisites from a pool of men that other women are also assessing. There's plenty of perfectly leaned back and reasonable men, they're just not cut throat enough to pop up on most women's dating radars, according to the women on this subreddit a…

I sent this into the boys groupchat and they all gave it a hard yes too. Probably going to stop going on here, you should probably stop too. Most the people on here are pretty old as well, they have literally no concept of how the world is now, especially for us gen-z men. Best of luck though, you'll need it lad.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/24 11:48 AM

I don't think I'll ever be able to wrap my head around this, I never tell people I'm autistic in real life but I feel like it has to be mentioned here constantly because I find it absolutely impossible to relate to what people are saying. If I get even a hint of poor behaviour I just blank people, there's no amount of negativity I would tolerate for 'pussy'. Maybe this is why I'm having a dry spell, a lack of tolerance. Don't get me wrong sex is great, but it's not THAT good
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/24 11:38 AM

I don't think that's true either, if you can get sex you can definitely get someone to commit, maybe not the guys they want but someone less fortunate will. Men will basically put up with hell so long as they have access to physical affection whether that's intercourse or not. The average young woman isn't alone, the average young man is. I'm in my 20's and I'm around fairly toxic women on a regular basis and more often than not they're in relationships or dating. That's just my observation but …
