No, but when they have to create a law after your trial that specifically details what’s you did, it sort of makes the original charge less credible. You can be disorderly and not have it rise to the level of a crime. At least for us, there’s 11 criteria to use for a DC charge, of which we kind of have to get a minimum of three. In this video, I see more of a failure to move charge but that really wouldn’t stick either as once the officer tells her to move, she does. At most, a Keep the Peace and nothing more.

And last time I checked, bullying wasn’t in of itself against the law as long as it’s not physical. Also, I have friends who attending HS with her and went to college with kids who went to HS with the guy, I live not even 40 minutes from where he died, so I got nothing but non stop coverage of this every day when it happened and after.

Not pussypass in my eyes. Even during the trial I thought it was sort of bullshit, and even today I don’t really think she broke the law. Encouraging someone to kill themselves as far as I’m concerned isn’t what killed the kid, he killed him self. So with that said, a sub-year sentence is what happens when you can really only throw the shakiest charge at them and the entire territory of the case is a new issue.

No, things would be the same. You see it on IG and FB, women who aren’t the prettiest who post photos degrading themselves and then you see a flood of their friends; who actually are attractive, saying how beautiful they are. I heard about this in my local newspaper. The previous two times kinda don’t count because the other people involved didn’t wish to press charges, so nothing happened. Same thing can happen to you, if the other person doesn’t wanna go through with it, then you’re off the hook.

As an officer, it would be very difficult to not arrest him. I can't see any justifiable way to not do it, especially seeing how badly he knocked her the fuck out. And had she hit her head just in the right spot she could have easily been seriously injured, or possibly worse.
