He'll probably go to tge frontline again. Because there are laws that make it legal to "voluntarily" sign a contract with MoD at any stage of investigation, court and in prison. He also might be tortured untill he signs that contract. Oh wow... As a Russian saying goes, "Not /opyat'/ ("again"), but /snova/ (something like "again", "anew")"

What else should they do, huh? Surrender? I know this one will eventually lead to a conversation unrelated to the OP's topic, but I really want to ask you, what else should the Ukrainian government do? For that matter, Russia is only a bit better. We are at the edge of sending our own conscripts to hold the frontline pretty much the same (that won't work and will only cause, idk, Bolotnaya revolution or smth)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
