You dont have to apply for anything. You just show up. If you have money, they get you everything you want. Thats how everything works over there. The cost depends entirely on how you live. But on average I would say things most there are about 5 times cheaper than in the US, so your money goes a long way over there. They have a very low average income and the Thai Baht is a weak currency. So the exchange from dollar or euro to Bht is very favorable for tourists.

There are a thousand camps all over. There are websites dedicated to listing them all with reviews. It all depends on where you stay. Ive been there twice. That along with anecdotal evidence is the usual crap people come up with. She is the best female fighter in the world, out of the 3.5 billion women, she is the best at fighting.
