My wife doesn't wear makeup except for rare occasions. and then it is usually only a touch of eyeliner. she looks great! some women look better with a bit of makeup. and that is fine. some women put on so much makeup you think they are sponsored by Sherwin Williams. (definitely unattractive if they go that far)

based on THIS graph, i think a bell curve with a large standard deviation is the best fit. that would put maybe... 20% of the population as 5's (middle between the 40th percentiles) 15% as 6's and 4's (top/bottom 40%) 12.5% as 7's and 3's (top/bottom 25%) 7.5% as 8's and 2's (top/bottom 12.5%) 4% as 9's and 1's (top/bottom 5%) 1% as 10's and 0's (top/bottom 1%) that puts roughly 50% of the population in the 4-6 range. so using a percentile rank... a 50th percentile person would be a 5. a 60th pe…

You were spot on in every word of that post, and in all of your follow up comments. as i was reading this i was thinking, "has TheGreasyPole been spying on me for the last 6 months?" because you gave pretty much a blow by blow of my marriage, my actions, and the reasons for those actions. it was scary reading it. and you know the next part... IT WORKS! in my case the problems were more than just dead bedroom. I was still having sex on average 2 times a week so that wasn't it. (more and better wo…

it's all about social status, not education status. the oil platform worker who spends 2 weeks offshore then 2 weeks back home will make enough money to send his kids to private schools, have all the amenities of the middle class, and have the social standing of a college educated middle management type. a low status college educated woman (the social workers, nurses, and elementary teachers you mentioned) would be happy with that type of man. but a higher status college educated woman (doctor, …

The Red Pill IS education. it's very purpose is to educate men on societal problems and provide solutions.

You need to get a RP woman. there are plenty of high quality PRW out there. here is the trick...you don't FIND a RPW, you CREATE them. follow RP 101 to recognize the low quality women and filter them out. maintain frame control ALWAYS. NEVER pedestalize / remember AWALT. it sounds like you prefer a LTR. take a look at MRP for information more geared towards relationships vs pickups/plate spinning.

Do you want to know why TRP exists? because of things like this. Women think they can treat men as subhuman with no backlash. well, TRP is the backlash.

Reardon, D'Anconia, and Galt are some of the most composed men in all of literature. their internal calm and total frame control at all times is a model of what all RP men should be. even when Reardon realized he lost Dagny forever, he didn't whine or cry about it. he maintained frame and composure. thereby retaining his super alpha status in the face of a lost plate. abundance mentality, even in a monogamous relationship. he did not have any side pieces, but he still had that inner confidence t…

This sounds exactly like a conversation between Francisco D'Anconia and Hank Reardon in Atlas Shrugged. Excellent post.

the problem isn't that women only find 20% of men attractive, it is that they demand a man of much higher SMV than them. the cold hard truth is that people have to recognize what they bring to the table and react accordingly. a 2 man isn't going to get with an 8 woman. so why does the 2 woman demand an 8 man?

in your situation, there is no need for you to get married. if you see yourself in a high status career, you won't be happy long term with a man who is of lower social and economic than yourself. so that severely limits the pool of acceptable LTR/marriage partners. so you do you, and don't worry about fitting any mold that will end up leaving you, and him, in a long term miserable situation.

first, you switched alt accounts when replying. you may want to be more cognizant of that in the future. but to your point. i may have mislabeled my observation as Briffault's Law when it is actually a characteristic of hypergamy. it is just when i was reviewing the sidebar material i found this observation fit in nicely with Briffault's Law. the fact remains: a man should NEVER help his SO obtain higher social status than him. for the moment that a woman reaches a higher social status than her …

i'd tell you that ALL Red Pill theory has been rejected by anthropologists and is not accepted scientific theory.

I see it too. If you find a female doctor / male firefighter (for example) marriage that is still together when their oldest child graduates high school, i would be shocked.

You'll see a good number of female doctors much more open to pairing with "high smv/low money" positions. I'm talking about your police/soldier/firefighter/musician/cross fit coach type guys. those pairs cannot last. she NEEDS the higher status man in her life.

Tingles aren't always enough. If you get a major status imbalance, your only option is to eject.

the difference is what constitutes value. men see value in the relationship itself. women only see value in what outside status/pleasure/etc... they can obtain from the relationship. therefore a man can be perfectly happy with a lower status woman if the relationship is fulfilling. a woman cannot be happy with a lower status man no matter how fulfilling the relationship is, no matter how alpha the man is.

i'll see if i can dig them up. it was an old statistic that i saw many years ago (and unfortunately i cannot remember the source). but a durable dual doctor marriage goes with my theory. that's why i said IMHO this is the reason why the only men that a doctor or lawyer can marry are other doctors or lawyers.

Learn to regurgitate what you need for the tests. keep your mouth shut in class. pass with a good grade. and realize that EVERYTHING taught in that class is bullshit.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
