You were probably either her plan B or she is looking for attention. Either way, don't fall in the trap of caring for her again. I agree so much with #1. I used to be afraid to talk to people when I would go play pickup basketball, and then always be frustrated when people who got to the courts after me got into games before me. Eventually I started being more aggressive trying to get into games, and now I'll ask around at every court as soon as I get there to find my next opportunity to play.
