Your lawyer needs to know that. A lot of judges will lean towards giving you more custody of it means less of an interruption to your kids lives/schooling/current extracurricular activities.

That's not true in all cases. I was actively courting and validating my wife (and I had been for years) almost on the daily right up until she decided she wanted to split. Sometimes the confirmation bias sets in so deep, that once they decide they no longer want to be with you, nothing you say or do is enough.

I keep thinking about how guys who guy through this end up having to grieve twice. Once for the death of their relationship and the crushed dreams of what they thought it would be. The second time, for the death of the optimistic, joyful, trusting, innocent man they were.

If she truly regrets it, she would have ended it and told you before you caught her. She regrets getting caught.

"Since 2018, five people who identified as transgender or were gender-confused have gone on killing sprees at schools and businesses." In addition, the overwhelming majority of mass shootings are gang related, and they have been since they started collecting the data on mass shootings. Your confirmation bias is showing.

That's not even remotely accurate. If we're going to use exaggerated claims, then it's equally valid to say that domestic abuse and affairs are core features of lesbian relationships.

Not even close to true. The perpetrators of the most recent publicized mass shootings were inner city kids and trans people. Definitely not right wing incels.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
