No, but that's because to be a king is to be a ruler over a subject - if you don't have subjects you can't be a king. Being royalty, or kinglike inherently relies on external structures and societal acceptance of your role as such

I have no argument that the structure of society is crucial to self-understanding - man's ultimate struggle is always to find his place within and without societal pressures. Of course it's silly to say "I am going to become better but have no specific goals to do so" - what is "better" is different for each person - but it's easy to self-evaluate for things like lifting, programming, writing, reading etc etc - you get better at them by doing them, the feedback is clear - it comes from doing the…

I'm curious about this line of reasoning. The implication is that external metrics are inherently more valuable than internal metrics - I'm not sure I buy that "fucking more women" or "earning more money" is inherently a more objective metric than am I growing and getting better every day and pushing my limits - they are both subject to user evaluation. If a man is disciplined they should be able to accurately self-assess without needing too much external feedback. Isn't the thought of "I fuck a…

Because the most important people in your life (and the people who are worth your time) should be the people you are working with, not the ones you are "competing" against. For example, your family, your partner, your friends, your coworkers, your teammates. I am not competing with those people, we are all growing and pushing each other to become better. Outside people are certainly a part of life, I am not implying that you should be an ascetic, I'm implying that true masculinity comes from ins…

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree on this - Masculinity isn't necessarily all things good, but its those good things that as men we should strive for at all times. My thought was always that taking the "red pill" meant extricating yourself from the game that is constantly being played around you and rising above it for more noble, self-actualized pursuits.

But to win implies that you are competing against someone (or perhaps something), and I argue that masculinity is not about winning at all because that pigeonholes you into thinking in binary terms, either you are winning or losing (relative to people around you, most likely?) rather than enjoying and appreciating the process and journey of growth, betterment and self-actualization which is the important part

I strongly disagree with a lot of what's said in this post. The implication here is that validation of masculinity and being comes from the outside - from having sex with women and dominating social and professional interactions, whereas the whole purpose of masculinity is to fight for inward validation. To set and achieve goals, to be happy with your being and your real self with strong self imposed ethics and moral structures and uncompromising values - Nietzsche might call this an ubermensch …

Well its not totally unprecedented - It's usually something like where I'll ask them at the beginning of the date or conversation to let me know of any reservations they might have, and when then they deliberately avoid telling me the truth or outright lie, I feel that it is justified to give them a bit of a tongue lashing. But then again, maybe its better to just bite my tongue and walk away.

It depends on what YOU want. Realize that the precedent you are setting by engaging in prolonged text/facebook/snapchat that has no specific purpose or meaning other than to just say hi or get to know each other better is furthering the relationship in a 21st century way. That's fine. But you have to be cognizant of the expectations you are setting. Extensive texting implies greater interest than a one night stand, or even just a hookup - your relationship may quickly enter the realm of "Exclusi…

You'll be ok! Just trust in yourself and feel the vibes being given off - sounds like you're getting positive vibes from a girl - next time turn to her and tell her you want to show her something, when she asks what, tell her you have nothing but you wanted to get somewhere more intimate and then the fun is on - sometimes you'll get no's but escalating when you have a yes is what we're looking to capitalize on

I like to create funny fantasies and continue joking and being playful in order to keep the frame - but still I'm leading the conversation - I'll say something like, wanna do something fun? Let's go to Vegas right now, we can get a suite at the top floor, share a bottle of wine etc etc etc. Gauge her reaction, I've never taken a girl on a fantasy trip and had them react negatively because I'm basically planting a seed for the "perfect" trip and I'm the guy with them on that trip, which automatic…

The one piece of advice I heard (I think I read it in "Models") which I really take to heart is this: Whenever you approach a girl, she is rooting for you to sweep her off her feet. She wants you to be charming, fun, sensitive, wild, impulsive etc etc etc. Don't ever think for a second that when you approach a girl that she doesn't want you to succeed. Now with that being said, that doesn't mean its easy - you're approach game seems fine, mostly natural, and non-threatening, you seem to open fai…

I've had a little experience with older women, and have learned a few things - Women of that age just want to feel like they are still sexy, and really appreciate being told that they look great - if a young attractive guy is hitting on them or checking them out, they love it - so just go up and be confident and charming like you are and strike up a conversation But, these women can sniff out immaturity like a hound - if you are 20 and act 20, you'll have no shot. They want somebody who is 20 or…

If you've previously met them, particularly on campus, it becomes much easier in my experience. You no longer have to go through the intense vetting process of "is this guy a creeper?" since you've already met and probably have lots of mutual friends. If you have class with them, ask them to study with you. If you don't just go up to them, be natural, be yourself and ask them to catch up. At the end, tell them it was really nice catching back up with them, and that you should hang out again - as…

Try talking to a girl, if its really hard to talk to her (after a few minutes of conversation), just say, do you want to take this conversation somewhere quieter? If she says yes, throw your hand out, if she takes it, you're in. Plain and simple.

What i mean by this is that you should take note of how she talks, what she likes and what kind of person she is by sitting near her but not necessarily approaching. But eventually, the move is to sit next to her, be bold, and show you are interested

Not at all. You dont have to move right next to her. I always think one row behind or one row in front is a good move.

This is dependent on how strong your relationship is. I did this with the girl I liked for a very long time, and she took it in stride. Chances are she knows, girls are not stupid. Dont inundate her with slobber and cheesy details, just let her know that you've like her for a long time, and that you think now is a good time to try something more serious. This sounds like its not a friend-zone issue, so chances are if you ask her on a date, she will respond well.

The important thing here is that you already have something in common, so its easy to open. What I like to do is change where I sit so that I'm closer to her (if your class is anything like mine people almost always sit int he same spots). From there its easy to say something. Drop something non-chalant but funny. I like to use things that provoke them to answer; ask a question, "did you get number 4 on the homework? I tried this method but couldnt get it". If shes not the studious type, she won…

What do you do if you have interest in dating a girl with a boyfriend (something beyond casual)? What do you do if you are hitting on a girl and find out she has a boyfriend?
/r/seduction20/11/12 11:10 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
