I wake up at 5:30. On the train by 7. Leave work around 5 get home around 7. Do homework with kid. Have dinner. Interact with wife and kids and go to bed around 9. Read a book and go to sleep. I can cut out the time with kids and just do gym. But kids are more important to me now. On weekends or days off in at the gym. Either swimming or working out.
