OYS #1 27 yo, single Physical: 6'7, ~200 lbs. I don't lift. I run at least 4 days a week, and I eat well. I rarely eat sweets or drink alcohol. Thank you for the comment. I view the Biblical teachings, largely, through the Church’s interpretation. But possibly there’s an interesting distinction there, which I’m sure I’ll learn more about.

Glad to hear that you have some positive feeling towards the Church. I totally understand your hesitation with the leadership, which yes has been corrupt at times. But as St. Paul said, “we hold these treasures in earthen [broken] vessels.”
