By absolute I mean that for any moral code to be truly valid it must be valid for everybody, at all times, everywhere and under most conditions (self defense etc. being a philosophical gray area since time immemorial) it has to be rationally and logically and objectively consistent. Otherwise, we are no longer dealing with morality but subjective preference.

I would think that "do harm" in this case would imply intent. Morality must deal in absolutes or it is of no use, and it's impossible to account for every possible eventuality or outcome of a situation.

If you agree that an objective truth exists external to our own mind, that can be verified and consistently proven, and is preferable to error, then the line is drawn for you. Why argue otherwise?
