I absolutely have and have trained MMA for 4 years on and off. a 250 lbs women would most likely not stand a chance against a 160lbs man, My point is that the weight does NOT work the same for women the same way it would work for a man against a man. Absolutely not, the fine line you’re talking about you’d have to be an absolute and utter toolheads to cross. You choke someone out in 3-10 seconds, brain damage is after holding it on for just under a minute +. Being choked out is the safest way to immobilise someone without causing damage. Far from being super dangerous.
