I think the logic behind it is that the high burden of proof means that you actually have to prove the crime happened. I am a little more ok with 30+ guys in the club. You are right they played a bigger role in supporting the soldiers because more woman were in support roles than combat roles. Therefore, I dont think its fair to compare the two, since the levels of participation are vastly different. Anyway, I just dont think we can pass judgement on woman in combat roles, till we have observed enough woman in combat roles to make a more educated decision. um.... the only real defensive battle the russians fought in ww2 was Stalingrad. Leading up to Stalingrad it was all battles of encirclement as the Germans attempted to blitz to moscow and stalingrad. After the battle of Stalingrad, the Germans were on the defensive for the rest of the war, as the Russians marched to Berlin. Women fought on the Russian side throughout the whole war.
