I'm saying that I would have expected the woman to get away with it scott free as is par for the course. Instead she gets her karma but loses everything. I think there should be a reasonable middle ground between those extremes. Like spriggig said, the man gets the majority of the money, but the women still keeps some. There definitely needs to be a punishment, so I'm glad that the man got more than 50%, but her losing the entirety of the winnings seems a bit ridiculous. It's like we're rotating between extremes. They were no longer married and she contributed nothing to the development of his business and should be given nothing in return.
