I don't see any correlation when it comes to happiness. But I think both are true if we talk about successfulness. Maybe it depends on the country but where I live, married men are way more likely to get promotions because they are considered more "responsible". (Also apply when you are married and you cheat on your wife every week apparently...). The other way around is true as well, successful men are more likely to get married, for obvious reasons.

I was talking about the struggle of relationship/dating. I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing here. What do you refer to when you say inequity? I am not denying the fact that unfair, uncontrollable, external causes can negatively affect your dating life. It's just that the "all women bad, I'm just a victim" that I could hear sometimes is the convenient bullshit you are talking about. I don't know what you are going through and you probably have every right to be angry. I've been abus…

Yes I see what you are talking about. I have nothing against the self improvement content of RP unless it includes a lot of flexing or exploiting men insecurities to sell methods, seminars, ... But from what I saw this is not the only content of RP. I first got interested in the RP community through the men's rights, the fight against feminism, hypergamy bashing, etc. I don’t blame women for anything personally, I just understand women are women and they can and are shitty at times as well. Ju…

Even though I always focused on long term, committed relationship rather than casual sex, I used to be well into the red pill narrative. I'd say some red pill opinions are seductive, as it allows you to blame your lack of success on the other gender. But it doesn't really help in the long run. About "what red pill gets wrong", I would add their tendency to make men believe that all women are intrinsically malevolent beings.

I used to say this. To be honest, I was exaggerating, it was more like a cry for help. But I came to understand that nobody really can help me and that I was on my own. I even tried to act on it, but quickly realized that being in a relationship with someone I was not attracted to was impossible. I doubt that there is somebody out here who would truly "take anyone".

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
