I don’t know what to suggest to be honest. Really hope the talking therapy works. Try sports or something to get the adrenaline going. Sounds like you got deep emotional blockage there. Your fortunate to found a girlfriend now still, if you like her don’t give up just because of this reason, hope it works out good luck

Thank you for understanding, wishing you the best on your fitness journey. I was training a lot in previous months and just lost that motivation. Excuses like you said it’s easy to give yourself an excuse but when it comes down to it you are the only person that will take care of yourself now and that’s what I have come to realise. A quiet reset is what’s needed for me 100% back to basics just taking better care of myself and getting back in a good routine. About to take rest now as I work night…

I get up with the best intentions but often finding it hard to go outside. Don’t really want to be seen walking alone by anyone we know. It’s only the first two weeks of separation but I just don’t feel like being out and about at the moment. Struggling to eat properly . Thank you coz I am conflicted on this I have met someone and going out and hopefully in soon but still haven’t obviously spoke about having kids or if my nuts even work yet. I got one last year at 32 and not too sure. I do worry about telling women about it. When would be appropriate? Like straight away before anything happens and it kills any spark ??
