For some it is, for some it isn't. Women aren't a monolith. It's up to you to evaluate if it is and if you're willing to put up with it. There's also a generalization that they will make men who they think they have long term potential with wait longer.

So flirt even to women I'm not attracted to? It will come off as not genuine

I usually don't flirt with women I'm not attracted to. Still have banter though. Wouldn't this cause an issue of getting friend zoned by the ones I am attracted to ?

Doing nice things for a woman (or anyone) is fine as long as you expect nothing out of it. To keep going and expect they will give you a chance is a hidden contract that "nice guys" do which is not genuine.

We're in this sub because most of us have done that and just got used.

Of course there are amazing women out there. They just are taken or the minority of single women.

A common thing you see on here is having one really good woman for the long term is better than 100 short term ones. I think for most that gets the feeling of winning.

Focus on man to women conversations. She should have a good idea that you're interested in her more than platonically

Every single person I know who has done this has regretted it. One really good LTR is worth more than 200 one night stands

Could be that girls see him as out of their league. Depends on the girls and their circumstances.

Have a cautiously optimistic mindset. Have fun. Try escalating and taking risks but be fine if nothing happens. Your night won't be ruined if you don't pull.

What they say is true in that moment if it is based on feelings ("you are the best thing to happen to me"). It might be different five mins later.

It doesn't work on all women but when it does it is usually subconscious.

I'm 5'5" and the last two ladies I hooked up with were over 6ft. Your height means nothing. If the women reject you because of your height, why would you want to be with someone so fucking shallow?

Unfortunately no. It was a pretty good decade though. Long term dating is a skill that I didn't read/work on enough and also just grew apart.

If you're inviting them out yes. However take note if they offer to pay or if they invite you out if they pay. The longest and best relationship I've been in she offered to pay the first meal we had together. I told her she can pay for dessert later. I made significantly more money than her so it meant she must have really liked me.

Hello I'm Asian. Shorter than you. I currently have a blonde white lady who is at least 4" taller than me in my bed. Yes it is likely more difficult but hey God/universe decided that I mostly like snow bunnies. You going to to be a bitch and cower away or tackle your issues head on? You can't change your race but you can change your mindset and your weight/body/self esteem. There are plenty of white women who find Asian men attractive or just be that guy that is so charming that they want to giv…

If you ask where they are from, what job they do, what mutual friend they know, etc:. ".... Oh. I'm so sorry to hear that". Have to deliver it like your serious but then smile and obviously be joking a after. Or. "... You know what they say about (job occupation, people from the city they are from, their astrological sign... Etc) ...". They might challenge you on it or ask what you mean and you'll have to say something not logical back/don't explain yourself. I also like accusing them of hitting…

The grass is not always greener and I would think that most guys in this sub Reddit would love to have a very solid LTR over increasing their body count with mindless hook ups

Don't really understand. So inviting a bunch of people to go out to something you were going to regardless isn't attractive?

Break it down further so you have wins. If you're a complete beginner, opening one set is a win even if you get blown out. You did something that made you very nervous but did it anyways. Do that over and over and now opening is natural and you can focus on the next level, just having a decent conversation. Bonus points if you can make them laugh. If you do this it will be much easier mentally because everything is a win and it will be more fun and it will show!

Just got out of a 9 year relationship that ended pretty bad. You're going to be going through an emotional rollercoaster and you're vulnerable. You very likely will become desperate to try filling the hole in your heart. That might be fine but realize it will cloud your judgement. I would suggest not looking for anything romantic. Casual should be ok. You should go out and discover yourself again. Have fun, hang out and do activities with friends and try your best to have zero expectations with …

It makes it feel like multiple dates in one and you will feel like you know each other way longer than if you didn't move locations.

Bruh you are your own worst enemy. I'm shorter than you, not white, go to the gym but am not the most aesthetic, didn't give a fuck about clothes/styling, solidly middle class with a boring job and was naturally terrible with girls. Yet I've still been with 15 ish girls. Good looks help with the first impression, that's it. If anything it can make things worse as the girl will have a higher bar for you.
