6	First day of the year and another chance I throw down the toilet. I have the same problem, whenever I see a girl I'm interested in, I stop myself approaching for any random reason. Even when I approach, I usually just leave it at that instead of taking things further even when I can, and things just get stale. 4	Get out there! You can't just leave things for "once you're ready". If you keep thinking like that you'll never be ready. You have to look at your situation and take control. Your problem is weight? Lose it. Your problem is finding people? Expand your social circles by asking friends to introduce you to mutual friends.
