3	Don't be a nice guy Self respect is what helped me not have "nice guy" traits even though I never felt any resentment towards women. 3	PSA: Adopting a victim mentality is the single best way to ensure that you never improve. So true. Being a victim perpetuates the cycle and will only leave you sad and alone or with someone who enables that shitty behavior. For all the guys out there who consistently find themselves feeling like a victim or feeling bad for themselves, I implore you to read the book 'No More Mr. Nice Guy'.
