A lot of men don't have pins on their phones and couldn't care less if their wives looked at their phones or vice versa.

For tennis elbow, get a green theraband flexbar off amazon and do the exercises for tennis elbow on youtube. Removed my pain from an overuse injury in a few days. I use it daily now to keep my wrist/forearm muscles stretched. If something gives a sharp pain, dont do it, otherwise work thru discomfort linearly as 5x5 lays out. Dont go too crazy on accessories either. you need a base and that comes from full body heavy ass lifts.

Yeah buddy. And the stronger you'll get. Having some fat on you doesn't look bad at all when you have muscle under there.

You need to eat more. 167 is skinny af at 6'2. Bulk to 215-220 over the course of a year and then see what your wife says.

Good deal. You kind of have to get addicted to the gym a little in my experience.

What program are you on? Run stronglifts 5x5 for 6 months and take it serious. After your lifts do 30 mins of walking on a treadmill at 3 mph high incline. Eat eggs and oats every morning and eat whole foods proteins for lunch/dinner. Steak/Chicken/Beef/Fish. Its simple man. Once 5x5 gets too hard to progress week to week, switch to the program Wendler 5/3/1 and never look back. Read the book too. Youll be strong as hell and look good in 2-3 years for a nice 40 year old peak.

Yeah well thats easy shit and it depends on what standards you are looking at obviously. Those are weak ass numbers for advanced though. Was repping bodyweight on ohp after a year of 531 during my 3rd year. Pulling 470 at 170 lbs. easy

No I don't. Those are hardly advanced lifts. I hit each of those multipliers in 3 years of lifting weights starting out skinny and weak with small joints. Ya'll are just weak dude.

You gain muscle easiest by bulking. It's impossible at worst, and extremely hard at best to gain muscle while losing fat, unless you are a complete Obese noob, which you are not. If you are trying to cut calories while also get stronger, how do you expect your body to accommodate for the extra output if you are in a caloric deficit? So you need to decide if you want to be even more skinny with "abs" or bulk up and actually gain some muscle. I'd bulk to 225 if I were you over the next 3 years and…

You will never outwit a woman verbally. You can only out work them. Men are their best when they do, and don't tell. This isn't about me, but I went from 125 to 175 at 5'7 over 3 years. Was a pathetic faggot and never taken seriously until I bulked up and pulled over a 2.5x bodyweight deadlift. I believe the mental toughness you gain from getting advanced powerlifting numbers is 100x better than any physical attributes you gain. You walk different when you are strong. You walk slower, you walk w…

I would drop the AM. I never get why people who arent getting laid other than duty sex will use AM. AM when your wife is not attracted to you is like that kid that tries so hard to be funny but no one ever laughs at and talks shit behind their back. Just STFU and deadlift dude. A 250 deadlift at 175 is legit shit. I was pulling that at 125 pounds. Dont bother with AM until you have a 1x bw ohp, 1.5x bw bench, 2x bw squat, and a 2.5x bw deadlift. Thats still shit but takes most a couple years of …

What's your wrist size in inches? Still, to have the most aesthetics, you'd need to get to about 165 lbs.

203 at 5'6 is not in shape, unless you are on roids and even then I wouldn't want to be 200 at 5'6. Cut to 160 and then maybe she'll notice you're serious.

I've been taking them for 5 days now and what I have noticed so far is my hair is a lot healthier, I really have to mentally overcome the fact that I'm giving up warm water and instead choosing freezing cold water which sucks, I am using less water and no heating that I normally would, and it does seem to be helping my tolerance to feeling cold.

I would suggest sticking with sl 5x5 for 6 months to a year or until you stall with decent 1rm's on the compound lifts and then look into wendler 531 on a 4 day split. This is what I did and I got very strong. There are good apps for both which is nice for someone new to lifting. for the barbell rows are you doing Pendlay rows where each rep is from a dead stop on the floor or are you doing regular barbell rows? I would do Pendlay if you aren't already.

that's your problem. you need heavy compound lifts. only way to get strong and big natural. stronglifts 5x5 for 6-12 months and wendler 531 from then on is all you need. simple as fuck. I put on 45 pounds in 2.5 years. and eat. learn macros and then get 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass while watching your physique.

Higher bf % will look better in clothes unless you're on roids or have been lifting consistently 10-15 years. But at the beach/pool aesthetics win.

You should still be able to make great results. Consistency and linear progression is all that matters. Workout 4+ days a week and get stronger week over week, hit 1g of protein per pound of lean bodymass, .5g of fat per pound of bodyweight, and play around with carb intake for gaining or losing weight. Your caloric intake will be what allows you to gain muscle/fat or if you lose fat/keep some muscle (upping protein to 1g+ per pound of bodyweight here is suggested when dieting). If I was going t…

Im 170 lbs at 5'7 lifting only 2.5 years and can ohp 170, squat 360, deadlift 475, and bench 280. Started at 125 pounds bodyweight. The best advice is watch Matt Ogus video on macros 101 on YouTube, then follow a tried and true powerbuilding program. As a natty you have to get stronger while in a caloric surplus to gain muscle optimally. I chose stronglifts 5x5 and ran it for a year(starting strength will also work), then I did PHAT while cutting once from 160-145 lbs for 4 months. Now I have be…

You can hit a 1x bodyweight. Are you using a closer grip like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2vt_dU26ys with your elbows under your wrists, taking a deep breath at the bottom of the lift, with glutes flexed, and knees locked? I've been doing them like this, strict, all year on the Wendler 5/3/1 4 day split routine and hit a 1x ohp max already at 170 pounds bodyweight(started at 148 bodyweight in January). I've been lifting for 2 years for reference. Also, in this vid the shorter guy matt …

I switched from stronglifts 5x5 to the wendler 5/3/1 program as an intermediate lifter. There is an app on android called five3one that I use that is free and similar to the stronglifts setup. I also use the 5/3/1/ excel spreadsheet to keep track of the main lifts on my pc just in case I lost the data from my phone. If you use it and have any questions, let me know. It is pretty straight-forward though.
