They are what we call naturals. A combination of nature + nurture resulted them in acquiring these skills. It's lucky and rare. But don't confuse it with guys who started learning skills on their own at a young age. I had a friend in middle school who started with ugly girls and worked his game well enough that he dated 5 hot cheerleaders in high school.
