If the evidence shows that she was raped, then so be it. But, what you are "proposing" is a women can say a man raped her, when he was clearly at home watch T.V. and he goes to prison. There is no middle ground for this. It's not a "man's world" in law in this day in age. Women clearly have it better when it comes to most cases and always get the better deal. It should be noted, but not used as evidence. I understand what you are saying, however, there can be no middle ground for this. Either testimony is evidence or it is not. As you can see, many, many people are convicted of rape (mainly men) who are innocent because of what a woman said happened.
