Most folks are not aware of the ecoli bloom that permeates their bathroom in a spray of moisture droplets when the toilet is flushed. Sometimes if there's a bright ray of sun in the right spot you can see it. But yeah... you should CLOSE the toilet before you flush. Everyone, regardless of what kind of prize you've left for the porcelain chair god.

People, men and women, want to be with partners that can provide, protect, and have the capability to take care of their partner. Showing confidence is the first/earliest sign of having that ability.

So... use your communication skills that you've been honing for your whole life. Look at her... and say that you've really been enjoying the time the two of you have been spending together, and that you like her, and you're wondering if she feels the same way. Yeah... I know, it'll make you nervous as fuck, but you've just got to pull yourself together, 'suck it up' so to speak, and even if it feels awkward, get it out there.

That's not how it works.

I'm an old married guy now... but you know, back in the day, I did pretty well for myself. The honesty thing really rings true.... at least it did for me. I'm not going to get into my background, but let us just say that I came into things with respect for women first. Second, I have from a very young age, even before puberty adored women as well. I was drawn to them, emotionally, intellectually AND sexually. When I set out as a young man, I consciously made the effort to make friends with women…

There's nothing that 'says' a woman is 'down' except her telling you she is, or otherwise making an obvious move. Don't ever assume someone wants you... ever. It rarely ends well.

I think of myself as an intelligent, sensitive human being with the soul of a clown which always forces me to blow it at the most important moments. ~Jim Morrison Being a funny person does an awful lot of things to you. You feel that you mustn't get >serious with people. They don't expect it from you, and they don't want to see it. You're not entitled to be serious, you're a clown. ~Fanny Brice

You're WAY overthinking this. Attraction is not so blatant. It's rather subtle instead.

I'm not single anymore... not for a long time, but back in the day, I would avoid directly asking for contact information and instead tell the woman, in one way or another that I'd like to talk to , or otherwise see her again. That lets her know I'm interested, without putting her on the spot. She can decide if she wants to give me her number, get mine etc... without so much pressure or awkwardness.

This seems to me to be a woman's version, a 'literal' equivalent of the unrealistic stereotype we see portrayed of women, for men. Who's going to be all these things ? There might be some men out there that fit this profile, but I don't think I'm going out on much of a limb when I say they're going to be as few and far in between as women that look like they stepped off the pages of a Playboy magazine. Not that any of those traits are a bad thing to look for in a man... I just think that it's un…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
