Sounds like you have problems with perfection and letting go of the past. If you don't forgive yourself for your mistakes, you can't improve as you'll stop trying anything for fear of failure. Instead of concentrating on how you are getting better now, you are focusing on the past, something that is essentially irrelevant to what you want to achieve right now.
