and mostly against myself live the lifestyle that makes you the guy you want to be. gym, diet, self-care, financial habits (though never try to get girls with $, they'll only see the $). Take responsibility for your personality, physique, game, career, frame. Nobody else will, no matter how loud you complain. You have a lot to do here so don't let women waste your time. Remove your filter and talk to everyone like they're old friends. Takes practice. I have to warm up all day for it by chatting with everyone I get the chance to. Grocery checkout clerks, old ladies in the soup aisle. Neighbors while getting the mail. Stay in that verbal headspace. The Art of Charm podcast has a few good episodes on this in their early work
