where's “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise.”? That was the main part of the book.

Not to get too personal, but could you explain how you went through this yourself?

You're not "training" yourself to do anything other than creep people out. There is no quick and simple way to deal with approach anxiety. You're not going to overcome it by just standing there and waiting. The only way to deal with it is to (like Mark Manson says in Models) accept that what you say has little or no bearing on the outcome. Just try to get out of your own head and try to emotionally enjoy the moment. Once women see that you're enjoying approaching, that you're enjoying taking the…

I don't see how this helps seduction. You come across as heavily invested in the girl's outcome as you're essentially waiting for a response. It's hardly attractive to go up to a group, say something idiotic and just stand there. And it's not going to help with approach anxiety. I honestly don't know why I read this sub sometimes.

Yes! Try to join at least 3 societies and do all of the events. Socials are the key to life at uni in the UK mate.

TL;DR Your social market value is low because you just joined the city. Not knowing anyone is unattractive. Step 1. Be Attractive. Step 2. Don't be unattractive. This obviously depends what city and where. It's incredibly hard to overestimate the role of Culture and Demographics on a how women react to being approached. e.g in Los Angeles, you have a fairly equal gender ratio of with only 1.01 women for every guy. But in New York City you have about 1.11 women for every guy. No prizes for guessi…

That single line quote is far better than the narcissism espoused by OP in this post.

It's a bit old fashioned though. Great read, definitely recommend it. Just not directly applicable right now. The advice is just a bit out of date and you can tell it was written for a different generation.

Always hated this argument. Saying that you should be happy because there are people worse off than you is just as stupid as saying you should be sad because there are people better off than you.

Ahh yeah, you asked me this before on that "How to hook up with girls Honest version" thing I did. Credit to /u/Archwinger. To me it's pretty much perfect, but he's controversial guy so I've edited a bit. Read it and see how you find it anyway. TL;DR: Your habits are what define you. What you do on a daily basis leads to what you become. You are the only one who is control of your choices. Choose to be better. A lot of people (especially new people) show up wondering “What specifically do I do t…

Of course, it's easier to be seen as a man if your 7" 2 and an All Star Athlete, but whatever... As for point number 14: who do people have for heroes?
