Vetting is a big skill to learn. Unfortunately, not a lot of guys are aware of the subtle red flags out there. Girl Game being possibly the biggest one.

I see what you're saying, but the reality is that people have their walls up about a stranger approaching them in the middle of the day. Even in big cities, being approached out of the blue at 11am on a Tuesday is going to catch a majority of women off guard. Cold approach during the day is not a sustainable way of meeting women, all the time. I highly recommend balancing this with other dating approaches such as social hobbies, night game, and some dating apps (I recommend eventually going 100%…

Uh... That is NOT how you let go of anxiety. This is what all the PUA's get wrong. You don't magically get rid of deep rooted anxiety by trying to "desensitize" yourself with more dates. If you want to genuinely improve your relationships and form real connections, you don't do it by isolating yourself (which is what you're doing, inadvertently). Start by feeling your anxiety fully. What are you afraid of? Or better yet, what are you avoiding? Go three why's deep. I'd also explore why you feel t…

Take a break and heal yourself. The dating market will be here when you're ready. No tips or advice. Just focus on yourself. Sorry dude.

You don't need game here. Older women love younger guys. It's as fun for her as it is for you. Enjoy the situation!

Yes, if I'm interested. No, if I'm not interested.

Yes. Exactly. But there's more to it. And you want to go deeper to really reap the benefits of all this. Feeling it fully so that you can examine the feeling and get to know it better. Don't ignore it or pretend it's not there. From there, go three whys deep. Why are you feeling anxious? I'm scared of rejection. Why? I don't want to look like an idiot and then feel bad about myself. Why? Well, if I allow myself to feel like a loser, then I have to admit that I'm scared. It would challenge my rea…

Because this is TOTALLY going to teach you how to manage your anxiety. Stop skipping the inner work, guys. All this other stuff is distraction.

I'm not spam approaching random women on the street at 2pm on a Tuesday as they're strolling back to the office after a long lunch with a Karen. Generally speaking, I'm hanging out at social places or events that attract singles. And even at these events, I'm only approaching 1-2 women who I feel drawn towards. High Fidelity Approaching.

~50%? I generally only make 2-3 thoughtful approaches a week. Sometimes maybe just one approach. The way I go about approaching is much more intentional, however, and I think they can feel that.

Yes. Step #1 of dating success is simply just having ACCESS to women and social opportunities. You can be Casanova but if you're in bumfuck nowhere, you're still not going to have success. Step #2 would be to address your anxiety. This is the hard part. Moving will help but it isn't going to fix it. Approaching more isn't going to magically make it go away either. Sure, desensitizing helps. But it's not the solution. (Which is why you have several guys around here who have done HUNDREDS of appro…
