| 5 | This guy says it perfectlySo, this is both right and wrong. In most situations then no, just because you are drunk doesn't mean that you can claim that you were raped if you consented. However, in the case where you are so drunk that you can't make decisions AND the guy knew (or should have known) that you couldn't make those decisions then you probably were raped.
