I study psychology and I find enjoyment in understanding what people are 'actually' feeling/thinking/saying. I find the contradictory nature or women (people's) words vs action funny. Kind of like a running joke, if I surmise they are lying. Which most women do (hamstering).

Same here mate, you should think about getting a CBT book. 'Change Your Life with CBT' by Corinne Sweet is a great book I've been reading. I do Psychology and my coaching lecturer gave it to me, I know people who have gone through therapy too. I've recently just booked to see a therapist. Don't where you live but in the UK can get a decent one free if you speak to your doctor first. Once your anxiety has gone, you will feel comfortable doing whatever you want. Your genes will do the rest.

I play direct game too, I just think quick escalation can sometimes put girls off (especially if you don't know them and you're in a social environment with people watching). I find that 'some' girls use this as an excuse and hamster the presence of people of not wanting to go further. Something intense but more subtle may have the opposite effect. I think it all depends on frame. If you have a tattoo and act alpha, you're an alpha. If you have a tattoo and act beta, you're a beta.
