Been lifting consistently for 10 years, typically 1 of the biggest guys in the gym. I've had the same problem. Strong mindset is needed. it becomes easier with a strong body, but you must have that mindset.

Her value hasnt improved. She's pregnant right now with who knows kid. The bf will be lucky if its not his lol. I've realized shes got nothing going for her besides some looks, and those are even cashed out now. Thanks for the warning. I'll laugh and remember your response if it does happen.

thats kind of how i lost my ex. lost my job. moved to another city, got another job, not as good. i was depressed not knowing anyone. couple months later, she says "we are no longer compatible and doeesnt know how to make me happy". After 4 years together and her talking about wanting to be my wife so many times. Now I have a new job, make more money than I ever have, and look better too. I swear I hate women.

This hit me hard last august. I was a stupid blue pill orbiter, constantly making a girl feel better, and wanted to talk to her about how shit was not working out for me between us. Seems so weird. I was constantly trying to reassure there is nothing to be jealous about. She seemed less concerned about me actually cheating, and more concerned about her value to me. Like concerned she could be replaced.

This reminds me of an ex. She had been with two alphas before me. I'm sure I came off as alpha in the beginning but was beta. She definitely had addict like symptoms. With the fear and needing excitement. Glad thats over. If I sound naive, I litereally found TRP yesterday.
