Sure, didn't choose to incubate a child and raise it and doesn't have the option to abort, or put up for adoption. So a womans birth control fails, SHE decides to not abort, chooses to give birth, and the man has to bay for 20 years because he believed a woman that simply said 'it's okay, I'm on the pill/iud/tubes tied?' Theres cases of people with tubes tied and vasectomies having kids as well, but you're willing to say thats completely effective, you really think most people most people consider that .01 chance BC will fail? I mean, your sister obviously didn't.

So if I woman on an iud/birthcontrol ends up getting pregnant from a one night stand and is AGAINST abortion, should the man have to support that kid, when he only agreed to sex on the context of her being unable to have children currently?
