Now she’s in your head too!! She’s legion! She’s beauty! She doesn’t have a great grasp of social etiquette!

One time I was trying to do my business in an otherwise empty college bathroom except for one girl. I was takin a minute, and the other girl said “it’s okay, you don’t have to hold it in just bc I’m here, do what you gotta do”. And I just...?? gathered my things and left as quickly as possible in fear I’ve thought about that girl at least once a week for YEARS at this point. Like, girl, it was 8am on a Tuesday—were you high? Why are you talking to strangers in the bathroom? I didn’t have stage f…

Oh word, then yeah that’s exactly what I mean. It’s all relative, though. I have family who grew up in super rural areas that have some odd age gaps but it’s more due to just a shortage of people to marry. I guess it comes down to how you feel about it and how it impacted your life.

I promise that when you’re 26 you’ll look back at 19 year olds and be really creeped out

I don’t know what could’ve possibly kept me from dating that 37 year old “famous” (🙄) poet when I was a 19 year old student wanting to break into his field. My parents warned me, I lost friends over it, even my boss told me it was a bad idea...I honestly don’t know what it would’ve taken for me to get my head out of my ass at that age. The fact I can’t think of anything is a big reason why I’m not having kids.

Can we please start talking about how pundits like Shapiro are strictly performative grifters? They don’t actually mean this shit. Like, do we really think this dude, with a full social media team, didn’t “realize” this was his second recent self-own? He knows. He’s aware of what “accidentally” admitting he’s had paternity tests will do I.e prompting memes and content. It’s literally his job to stir up controversy and punt political footballs, and everyone wants to give him a platform on all sid…

I fully support everything in this post to the point I read it multiple times, EXCEPT for the idea that Aileen was a sociopath. Sociopathy (at least from what modern psychology agrees with) is pretty often identifiable at birth. I sincerely doubt Aileen would’ve gone on to kill people if she hadn’t been anally raped by her grandfather and father starting at under 1 year old.

You can have poor spelling and grammar and still manage to shine if you’re intent on impressing a partner. I don’t think the comic is directed at men who are otherwise great but only spell things wrong.

porn stars say they like it, why would they lie? Lol I was a sex worker and am now able to comfortably retire at 26 specifically because men are incredibly easy to lie to in this specific way. They will ignore the most obvious signs that you didn’t cum, that you didn’t enjoy it, that it wasn’t your idea—all so that they can stamp out whatever little sliver of empathy the porn industry hasn’t killed yet. Men are liars, full stop. I have yet to meet a single guy who didn’t lie to me in a significa…

So my dad (need to come up with a new name since I’ve disowned him) is a redpiller obsessed with Jordan Peterson, Stefan molyneaux etc and also has the double whammy of fundamental evangelicalism mixed in and out of all the worst shit about him, I’d say the most infuriating thing is that he tries to tell me what my experiences were actually like. “You weren’t sexually assaulted” (he literally physically ran after me out of the house screaming after that one when I left to cool off and smoke), “y…

Imagine a dude who says “I don’t like girls who are stuck up” A pick-me is a girl who goes out of her way to assure and reassure the dude that she, and she alone, is not “stuck-up like those other girls” by lowering her own standards to accept abuse so that she feels special and unique unlike the “stick up b—-s” who, you know, price their product at the premium that it is.

Unfortunately the only reason I picked up on it is because I’ve dealt with feeling the same way. I highly recommend DV victim counseling for every woman. I had to do court mandated DV counseling after my ex fiancé nearly killed me and it was so helpful as far as identifying patterns in gendered relationships. Being a woman in this society is, by itself, a form of trauma. It’s so important to recognize that and analyze how you respond to it so that you don’t end up continuing to hurt yourself or …

Ughhh memories of my dad slapping down literally raw ass chicken that was burnt on the outside and forcing us to eat it because he was “really proud and we should be grateful”. I’m not exaggerating, cold in the center frozen chicken And the entire dinner would be him insisting over and over agIn that he did a good job and getting extremely emotional if anyone said otherwise. So fun!

At the end of the day it’s hard enough to live life as a neurotypical, able bodied person. Adding neuroses and disabilities to an unconsenting human being you birthed because it fulfilled a need you have is selfish, especially if you have the means not to Getting way personal here but I wish my parents would’ve thought for like five fucking minutes about how maybe the fact they met each other in AA meant their kid was gonna have some serious genetic obstacles to get over lol

I was speaking from a place of having genetic issues myself that I think are immoral to pass on to another child tbh But I don’t want to put out into the world that having autism is the same as npd or that people with autism are less valuable, so I edited it

I get where you’re coming from, but I also understand the frustration of the person you replied to. How often do mothers get praised for knowing how to do absolutely everything for their boys? Hair, dressing, sports...moms do it. There’s even soccer moms and hockey moms. There’s an expectation that mothers know everything and do everything for both genders, but men are “teehee so cute and vulnerable” when they do for their daughters what mothers have been doing for their sons for ages. Female ch…

Why do women go for the jocks? What about the nerds, whose misogynistic attitudes are on par or worse than the jocks without the attractive bodies??? SUCH a mystery
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/05/20 01:43 PM

Lol I’m in the minority I think because when I was involved with men I specifically went after ones less attractive than me but still attractive. Because men more attractive than me are 9 times out of 10 Patrick Bateman levels of insanity

IVE BEEN NONIRONICALLY WAITING FOR THIS THREAD Carole was gangraped at gun point at 14 and her family shamed her into running away. There are multiple bits in the show that allude to her being a child prostitute before getting knocked up by a hideous physically abusive asshole at 19, bearing his children, then leaving him for a rich man 22 years older than her who KILLED KITTENS ONCE THEY OUTGREW THEIR UTILITY. Come on. If she fed the dude to tigers I’m not gonna cry about it.

It’s because you feel taken advantage of financially because traditional hetero relationships have always been based on mutual benefit i.e. wife has sex, has babies, and keeps a clean/happy house, man provides money and protection. Now that women are able to be financially dependent and are much safer than they were 100 years ago, there’s not really a reason to date dudes that don’t bring anything exceptional to the table anymore. Sex workers are good imo because they’re honest and upfront about…
