It's just that a law against Rape has existed in the UK since time immemorial and back then women raping wasn't something considered to happen. He switched to having a barber come to his home a few years ago because he was embarrassed by having to remove his hairpiece to have his natural hair trimmed, he's quite old fashioned and certainly feels more embarrassed about it infront of ladies.
