Change up your reps/sets. For instance if you're always doing 5x5 do 3x12 or 4-3-2 type reps. This will build muscle or allow for tone depending on your goals. Also make sure to do different auxilary lifts every couple weeks. For example a cable cross one week , but they flys the next if your not already doing that.
