Yes I understand it, a lock that can be opened by any key is bad and thats why girls who can be "unlocked" by multiple keys is bad. Still doesnt change my point at all, or the hypocritical expectations the reference forces. You are referencing an aged literary device on modern day society

Would you feel the same if they had male friends who lost their virginity in high school? This is an aspect of female virgnity that I find confusing. Why is it is celebrated if a woman is a virgin when she is older, but not the same for men? How could there be expectations/hopes for females to be virgins at an older age but not for men. Just logistically speaking, young men-boys are probably having sex with women close to their age. The math doesnt make sense to have respect for men for losing t…

That I’m a female so I have a bias? How could I not say the same about everyone else in this thread?

Ok how about th is one from gov Canada: “Equal proportions of women (4%) and men (4%) were victims of violent crime in the 12 months preceding the survey, though the type of victimization differed as women were more likely to have been sexually assaulted (3% versus 1% of men) and men were more likely to have been physically assaulted (4% versus 2% of women”. How? What could I say that wouldn’t cause hate?

I’m not meaning to judge anyone. However, people filled with hate and resentment won’t change the world or themselves into anything better. Sometimes people get dealt a bad deck of cards, whether it’s mental health, physical looks, societal class and ect. But hatred and anger isn’t going to change anything, and it only makes people more miserable. I’m not meaning to put you down or judge you at all

I’m not disagreeing with you about the gender parity on domestic abuse. Rape happens to both genders, although it happens to women more. This isn’t a competition on who has the shorter end of the stick, that makes for a toxic attitude. This is about understanding both genders issues and dealing with them as a human race.

I dated a guy a bit shorter than me, he had a nice face and personality. Would recommend. But overall, I’d rather a nice face and being on the shorter than the latter
