The original All Lives Matter / All Parents Matter post was clearly supporting BLM and Father’s Day - a lot of people missed that point, but instead of just explaining it like a normal person to clear up the misunderstanding, the poster went full on disrespectful, dismissive and anti-male. 2	I’m at a loss for words. Thanks for the info. It’s definitely good to know that evidence that could potentially prove a person’s innocence wouldn’t be disallowed because of how it was obtained. My original comment wasn’t meant to dispute yours (I’m - obviously lol - not a lawyer) - just to provide a possible alternate option to make the truth known. 3	Anyone else think this is a double standard? Report them again - with a record of it - either in writing or recording it. Then record them taking pictures of you and post on social media, to shared drives for your class, etc... calling them out as creeps and perverts. 1	I was sexually harassed and then laughed at by coworkers. Yes! File a complaint with EEOC immediately. The customer did indeed sexually harass you - comments were made about your body and (even worse) you were touched inappropriately. Your manager not intervening and shutting down that situation is considered fostering an unsafe and offensive environment. File first, request a copy of the tape in writing. (weird situation) Tell the roommate with medical issues that due to 3rd floor lady’s discomfort and fear, he/she (with med issue) needs to use their 3rd floor bathroom - to prevent the lady from feeling unsafe, and to keep you unharmed and unjailed.
