2	Joint Car overdue payment I'm literally going through this same situation with my ex. Divorce has been final for over 30 days. She has unpaid car payments, utilities and mortgage on the house. I made one payment so we wouldn't lose our equity to foreclosure. Settlement states that she is to be responsible for the payments but still has yet to do so.
