It's okay brother, been there and I understand. Honestly my best friend is a fantastic dude, and he hits a lot of the woman's checklists,he's 6foot 4 smart, handsome, owns his own car and house, with a good job and he is a really good person. Meets this woman they hit it off, he treats her in her own words better than she ever has in her life, dumps him a week later because she doesn't feel she deserves such nice treatment. My natural preference is to be nice and polite I find it much less energy draining on me. Typically you have to piss me off then the other me comes out and I’m anything but nice, but it’s much more draining to me. I’m sorry brother, most people won’t understand, they can’t, how could they. It sounds like you need to talk to someone though, professionally. Moving around in your sleep is not a good sign. My bed partner once woke me up because I was acting out CQC fights in my sleep. Took some therapy to so I could stop doing that kinda thing. Thanks brother, I’m back to the gym now rebuilding the fitness habit, got a lot of fat to lose but I used to be heavy into power lifting and my old strength is coming back fast.
