Manslaughter is usually when you don't know your actions will cause death, while murder/homicide means you did. The negligence is the lack of preventive action. The formula to calculate your chance ( x ) over any given number of evnts ( y ) is this: 1 - ( ( 1 - x ) ^ y ) So 1-((1-(3.3/100000))<sup>18)</sup> or 59.4 per 100000. Represented as .00594% chance. Childbirth death rates are 17.8 per 100,000 (us statistic) for a quick comparison. Either way forcing a woman to give birth to a child is wrong.
