I would get social first by having conversations with different people to get warmed up. Makes a big difference because now you'll have a social vibe to you when you go say hi.

I never said "every" girl. You can escalate much faster in a club with most girls The above is taken from my comment. My argument is that if you have spent 30 straight minutes with any girl at a club, most of them would be down to make out with you. And I will go further and say 30 minutes is longer than needed in a club environment.

Its not unrealistic at all and I'm speaking from experience. But you have to have the skill and vibe to do it and I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you I was able to do it right away. It took time and I'm not even an expert or master PUA or whatever you wanna call it. If you're being fun, sexual, and she's enjoying herself with you there's no reason you can't make out with someone within 30 min unless she has a very strong boundary about it and/or you're not able to isolate her from being judged…

I can read fine. Your original comment said: You can't make out with MOST girls within 30 minutes unless they are sloppy drunk. You can escalate much faster in a club with most girls, especially if they've been hanging with you for longer than 15 min, which is a long time at a club. Think about it, that's about the length of 3 or 4 songs. I can agree that in a bar you would probably take your time a little more, but 30 min is still a long time for an interaction. That's enough time to figure out…

You can do it in way less than 30 min. 30 min is a very long time for an interaction, especially in a club where things move faster due to the high energy and music.

Sounds like former me. It took me a while to realize I've been socially conditioned to only talk about "normal" things (aka boring/uninteresting things). So you're mind doesn't dialate it's attention to just talk about or just bring up whatever. Something that helped me was to do this exercise when I'm alone: Pick a random topic that I know absolutely know nothing about or is completely made up Pretend I'm an expert on the topic and just talk about it for two minutes straight You're going to hav…

Dude, just own it. You don't need a Facebook. I have a Facebook, but I rarely go on it and I straight up tell that to people whenever they wanna add me. I also don't have Snapchat even though everyone and their mom uses it. I'm not against it, I just don't personally get it and have no use for it. I have a phone. And so far that's good enough. So own it and whenever people give you weird reactions for not having one, just shrug your shoulders and say "I never really used it when I had one and I …

I'm not gonna repeat the "assertiveness is very important" point since so many have said it already. There's several things I do/have done to practice assertiveness. Most important is leading. Whenever I'm with a group of friends and no one knows what to do, I'll always say something like "Let's just go to (place)" or "Let's go do (activity)". I semi-judge how strong my assertiveness was by how many people are willing to go along with my suggestion. If everyone seems unsure after my suggestion, …

It's only weird if your touch lingers too long at the beginning of an interaction. You start off with quick touches that accent what you're saying, somewhat infrequently. As the interaction goes longer, you can start to do more risque forms of touch and hold them longer and do it more frequently.

It's not that it's useless advice or illogical advice, it's that they don't elaborate on "why?", which is why it may seem useless at first glance. It's like asking "How do I be courageous?" By having courage. Basically, by just doing it. But if you want a breakdown I can provide one: There's really no getting over approach anxiety. It's always going to be there. But by approaching a ton and getting rejected anyway, you learn to be comfortable with your anxiety and it becomes easier and easier to…

Lots of women can't fathom ever dating a short guy, an Asian guy, a fat guy, etc. until it happens. I see it all the time with my wingmen and also with people I know in my personal life outside of pickup. And whenever I've asked about it, the women always say some version of "there was just a connection." There will always be women who are just a flat NO to some things, but in general, who women end up being attracted to is a very flexible thing.
/r/seduction22/06/16 11:17 PM

A lot of what you say rings true, I'm just in disagreement with these two points: The percentage of women going into “professional” (i.e., high paying, prestigious) jobs is much higher than men, so there are a lot of women that literally cannot find a man on their educational, intellectual and career level. This is a real problem because a successful woman literally cannot be with a loser. It’s not just a matter of women being hypergamous – a woman who is a lawyer or accountant will not have any…

It's a process and it's not gonna be easy. Pick up is a skill that takes time to master. You gotta start small and build up from there. For you, maybe that means going out more often just so you can get comfortable with the environment. And building from there. Everyone looks like a creep/weirdo when they first start out. I've creeped out hundreds of girls by now. And I still do from time to time, especially when it's my first approach of the day/night and I'm still warming up. But you have to b…

I have more success with day game and I prefer it. It's more relax, girls are (in general) more receptive since they don't usually get hit on during the day vs. at night. And I can get a better feel of their personality since they're sober and I can hear them better. That said, I actively do both. Night game is harder and girls have their guards up so you'll get rejected more often and much harsher. But it's also the best way to practice your social skills. It's the best time to observe how othe…

1) I know a couple wingmen in their 30s who just started learning social skills/pickup and those same guys are also not "stable" or "put together". They do alright for themselves and get girls. Totally a limiting belief. 2) So what if you don't have social skills, a social circle, or Asperger's. You can learn and overcome those things. That's what learning the game is all about. And yeah, they do negate the good qualities you have...for now. And then you learn, you adapt, you calibrate, and even…

Yeah its gonna be hard with girls 21+ because they wanna go to bars and drink. 20 and below is fine. Just tease them about their age. It'll make it seem like you know how to hang with older folks and make them more comfortable with your age. You:. "How old are you?" Her:. "20" You:. "OMG you are SUCH a baby!" Her:. "Omg I know! How old are you?" You:. "17"

Stop thinking about "fucking up" anything with her. It's probably why she thinks you want a relationship, because you're not treating it casually.

On the dance floor you should look like the life of the party. Doesn't matter if you know how to dance or not, just look like you're having an amazing time. When you see a girl, make eye contact, smile at her, and hold out your hands. That's your invitation. If she puts her hands in your hands, now you can close the gap and start dancing. Make sure you have straight posture when you do this. Don't lean forward.

The point I'm making isn't about direct vs indirect. Both work fine. My point is that the article says direct usually comes from desperateness and I don't agree. I think they are two separate things, but the article makes it seem like there's a strong correlation between the two.
/r/seduction07/06/16 02:04 PM

I don't think there's a big relationship between "being direct" and "being desperate" as you presume. I go up to women all the time and say some version of "Hi, I saw you, I thought you were cute, and I wanted to say hi." There's no desperation there. I'm just being honest and upfront about why I'm approaching her. Whether or not she rejects me is fine. But at least I'm not manipulating her. Being direct is just being upfront about my intentions during the interaction. I'm still learning about t…

Since so many people asked, here's Dave's story: I'll just say that I'm going off of what I remember of what he told me. So I might not have everything super accurate or have tons and tons of details, but this should suffice. So when Dave decided to change his life, he started off just trying to start conversations with his relatives and friends of relatives that would show up at family parties. Let me tell you a story about my friend Dave. Dave, due to being physically and emotionally abused as a kid, did not have any social skills and struggled with anxiety and depression during his 20s. Finally, when he was 29, he decided that he needed to change. He spent the next 8 years changing himself and it was bitter work. When I say he had no social skills, I mean it. The guy had no friends and his only source of socializing was going to family parties. So he started off with just saying hi a…

Every person has their own unique flavor of what it looks like to be an attractive man. For me, it looks like being the funny guy who can work a room and get everyone to like him. I make dirty jokes and sexual innuendos. I tease girls a lot. I'm great at conversation and I am comfortable and even enjoy being the center of attention. I'm very direct and obvious when I flirt. I feel like what you're asking is wrong for this sub, only because there probably aren't a lot of autistic people here who can relate and give you advice. You would probably find more useful advice by talking to other people with autism who were able to conquer the same obstacles you are currently facing when it comes to socializing and women. The only advice I can give you is to practice letting go of your frustration. You may have tons of reasons why you should rightly feel angry and frustrate…

I know a guy who is awesome with women, but has no social circle simply because he's so busy and he's kind of awkward when it comes to platonic relationships. So no, you don't need a group of friends to hit on women. You just have to make sure you're doing SOMETHING with your free time so you have things to talk about when girls ask you about your life.

People take the friend zone waaaay too seriously. Just because a girl thinks of you as a friend doesn't mean you can't make her think otherwise. As some people have already mentioned, maybe you haven't put any moves on her so she has no other choice but to label you as just a friend. I've hooked up with "friends" before. My best advice would be to just go up to her and tell her you think she's cute and you want to take her out on a date sometime. And bam, you're suddenly not in the friend zone a…

A reason I wouldn't hang out with someone would be because they're too boring. I'm already pretty busy with the friends and the life I do have that I don't have time to hang with someone who doesn't add anything to my life. Another reason is that sometimes I just don't vibe with them. For example. There was a guy I met a couple years ago on a pickup forum who was down to go out and wing with me. But when I met him, he had a very pushy energy. Like he didn't know how to just chill and be cool. Li…

It was about 50/50. Some of the girls were transplants or students from out-of-state, some were local "lived here all my life" types. I feel like overall, girls (and people ingeneral) from LA and SD were actually very friendly. I didn't get much more attitude than usual. And I felt like the attitude was more from wanna-be model/actress chicks or just stuck up chicks in general from LA. San Diego was a lot more chill in general, with the locals.

In San Jose, the girls have much stronger bitch shields than anywhere else I've been to. But that's only at night. I found in the day time, whether it was San Jose, LA, San Diego, or New York, day game was more or less the same. In both LA and San Diego, whenever I got laid from a number I got in the day time, it was usually after bringing them to a bar where there are other bars nearby and we would bar hop together. Hopping to different bars created the illusion we had experienced and done a lo…

But I have gotten a girl's number from downtown San Jose, went on a date with her later that night, and then fuck closed. San Jose is waaaaay harder than any other city I've been to which is why I have no sympathy for anyone living in other big cities and I call bullshit when I see excuses on why guys can't get girls day gaming on the street…

I don't know where exactly you live in Southern California, but I've done direct street game in both LA and in San Diego and was pretty successful. And the sexual availability vs. how far she is from her dad thing is a moot point. As long as she's not living at home, you have nothing to worry about. I live in San Jose (Man Brose) right now and I meet a lot of girls who grew up in the area. Never had a problem.

Nice, this gives some context to your post. I can see that you're seeking approval too much and its turning her off. Smileys, "hope I didn't say anything dumb", and texting her when she didnt text you back are all signals screaming "Please like me! I really really need your approval!".

Hot girls get approached more often, so they can more easily tell the difference between someone who's confident and someone who's intimidated by them. They might appear to look like they think they're better than you when really they're just not interested in talking to another chump who's not gonna talk to them like an equal.
/r/seduction20/03/16 08:27 PM

It's totally a shit test. She's definitely trying to mess with you and make you jealous. I would've responded "Haha that's cute." It turns the tables on her because now you're messing with her.
/r/seduction20/03/16 07:59 PM
5

Based on my experience, it's probably because you're not expressing yourself the same way through text the way you were during your interaction when you approached her so it's incongruent and you might be coming off weird. For example, you might have come off as this funny, exciting guy when she met you, but then you're texts might be coming off like you're trying to be cool and mysterious.

Maybe join some activity groups or fun meetups around a hobby you like or are interested in. Be friends with the girls there, even if they're cute or hot. Remember, hot girls always know other hot girls. So totally put them in the friendzone. Over time, as they get more comfortable and close to you, you can share with them how you're trying to meet other girls and they'll help introduce you to their friends and even wing you!
/r/seduction20/03/16 04:01 PM
2

I understand. If that's the case then you're now like the hot girl at the club. You get to pick and choose now since your skills are at that level so be selective and only pick up the girls who have the personality traits that attract you. I don't know what those are, but if most girls are boring/all the same to you now then maybe you gotta start going to different places or start doing different activities where you can meet more of the girls you like.

I’m serious and it’s not shitty advice. Here’s a perfect example of a guy who purposely looks bad and still picks up girls. Dressing up nice is always a plus and won’t hurt you. It might get you noticed or it might give you an ego boost knowing that you look good in the clothes that you’re wearing, but it’s not what’s ultimately gonna seduce the girl. For every ugly/average looking guy who has a hot girlfriend, there’s a very good looking, well-dressed man who has no confidence or game to get gi…

Feeling jaded in pick up comes from expectation. You were very vague, but I can think of a couple expectations that would make a guy feel jaded: 1) You expect girls to be a certain way. They should be nice, give you a chance, not be rude, etc. Girls are the way they are. It's your job to deal with it and navigate through it like a boss. The hottest girls will give you the toughest time because they get hit on all the time. They want a man who is different and isn't a chump like the rest. The onl…

Well, the PUA community doesn't necessarily teach you to "look" a certain way. The whole point is your looks don't matter, your attitude and personality do. Remember, women are all about emotions. If you get them emotionally invested, they won't part with you for something "better" because to them you're the best regardless of your race, looks, status, etc. From the short research I did online, this guy is a photographer. Lorde is a singer. So they most likely were able to relate to each other b…

I think there is a difference in someone being mean because they have a shitty personality vs. someone being mean because they put up with a lot of shit when they go out and that’s their “bitch shield”. And context is decisive. You ever hit on women during the day vs. during the night? Very different! Girls at night have their guards up because they get hit on all the time at bars/clubs, but during the daytime they are much more open and friendly because getting hit on in the day is much more ra…

Thing you have to get is this is how women test you. A girl makes fun of you in front of her friends to see how you'll react. To see how confident and manly you truly are. Are you gonna be a bitch and get all mad and take it personal? Or are you gonna smile, laugh with them and keep the game going? THAT'S what they are trying to find out. Because women, especially hot women, will get LOTS of guys who will hit on them every night they go out. So they have to have some way of filtering out the bit…

This is exactly right. "Resistance creates persistance." The more you try to fight your feelings, the more your mind and body will panic and think something is wrong, and the anxiety will continue. By just accepting the fact that you are nervous and letting it run its course will train your mind and body to relax and not to overreact next time.

I think build up and relationship is important when it comes to sharing yourself. Sometimes people need to be prepared in order to hear something heavy, otherwise they'll just be caught off-guard and won't really know how to handle it all. Like if I'm talking to someone I just met at a bar then I'll start with small shares first and let it build up so the both of us feel safe sharing about ourselves and we build a connection. It happens man. I've gotten dates from girls who I didn't think I built enough rapport with when I first got their number. I've gotten no responses from girls I thought I built a good connection with and even made out with. Don't take it personally. It happens. If it keeps happening, it's probably just an indicator of you not seeming fun or daring enough to have her interested in seeing you again. Either way, keep trying. It's just another hump to get over.

What helped me is remembering that confidence isn't knowing she's gonna like you. Confidence is knowing you're awesome whether she does or doesn't. So think of it as a game. After your opener, ask her what she's up to. Then follow up with a genuine AND unique compliment about her. It's important because if its not unique, you'll look like all the other chumps that hit on her. I also try to make it a little weird and humorous to make her laugh.
