1	Ladies, what are we doing for ourselves and our men for Valentine’s Day? Anything special? 1	How To Handle the Repercussions of Arguments? Hey girl. I deal with bipolar too and my long term boyfriend had told me in the past that he also feels as if he's walking on egg shells. I used to get extreme fits of rage too and it's a miracle he didn't leave me when all that was happening. I was that insufferable. What helped me was taking a dose of CBD when i felt an attack coming on. It almost feels like it "cured" my bipolar and i make them into gummies now and take a dose everyday.
