FYI intentional torts from injury judgments aren't normally discharged in bankruptcy. Especially if it is a judgment you owe a victim. So that's a silver lining. He might not get the whole $6M but he will be able to get a little bit of satisfaction knowing her wages will likely be garnished her entire life.

Well the issue is that with early childhood education you aren't exactly teaching rocket science. Someone with a 2 year degree can either be an aid or even run a pre school class . It's supply and demand.

That's the whole point that there are more men in the military. Just like there are way more men doing dangerous jobs. So this is why the whole gender pay gap argument is bullshit. Of coarse all women on average are going to be making less than all men on average. For skilled labor which still makes up a huge portion of the economy and where you can still make a good living men far outnumber women. Not because of some patriarchal conspiracy, but because women don't want to do dangerous jobs wher…

Part of the issue is that most of the time acting like this works for people at smaller establishments . They just forget that Disney is so big and people come from all over the world to go there. They don't give a shit about your hissy fit.

It's at Walt Disney World. Specifically at one of the most sought after restaurants for sit down dining. To get guaranteed reservations requires months of not a year out plan. Now you can always go to the front and put your name on a list to get in, in case someone misses their reservation. Which I'm assuming this lady did. Which is why she is complaining about them "letting other people in before her". Yeah because they reserved their table 8 months ago. Essentially she is doing the equivalent …

We used to dream of a world where a person was judged not by the color of their skin or their gender, but by the content of their character. Now we live in a world where the content of your character doesn't matter. It is all about the superficial thing you identify as, just don't be a white male. Pretty bad when normal people had to make up a term cis to fit in with the pronoun crowd.

Yeah but as long as you go back 6 months later and are still sterile you are fine. The issue with "sometime they heal" is some guys are dumb and just have sex without getting tested after. That's a good way to still get someone pregnant. So yes if done correctly and heals correctly they are 100% effective.

No one forced you to have kids. In any field a person that is single that devote themselves 100 percent to the career will make more money. If you quit your job at 30 and then never even attempt to re enter the workforce after the kids were in school that was your shitty life choice. The state shouldn't be encouraging such behavior with lifetime alimony. I agree that some compensation is needed so that couples can indeed separate without one being literally homeless. It is this lifetime "to the …

Yep and to assume staying home is actual work. Like they are tending a garden, using cloth diapers, doing laundry with a washboard etc. Give me a break with modern appliances one can clean a house in a matter of hours once a week with what once was indeed a full time job. Add to that the modern comforts of TV, Internet, etc that stay at home parents now get to enjoy and you have a situation where IMO the stay at home parent should have to pay the person that actually worked for a living if they …

My advice is if you are reading this sub just get a vasectomy. Let go of your ego and realize your "lineage" doesn't mean shit. There are 7 billion people on this planet and you are actually helping the human race by not reproducing.

I don't think anyone is saying a married man could some how financially abort a kid way after the fact. Paper abortion is about one night stands where a woman comes to a man with that positive test. Right now the man has no rights. It is all the woman's decision on if she wants to be a parent or not. A man should be able to choose the same in that situation. It isn't right for someone you barely know to be able to get 18+ years of your income because they decided to become a parent.

Not only will you die, in 100 years no one will even really have known you or cared you really existed, except your great grandkids but they won't even know your name. And even if they do it will be just a name. People get way to hung up on everything.

My advice would be to be fucking heartless. I have been told to leave the house in arguments with her before and under no circumstances never do this as a man. It will be considered abandonment. In most cases the person keeping the family home keeps the kids. Most guys are pussys and just roll over. Women in divorce are diabolical. Men need to learn to be the same.

I would argue electrical work isnt as hard as it seems. I have seem some stupid ass wiring done in my home built in the 20s and it never burned down. As long as you always make sure the power is off with a non contact detector, always use junction boxes, and make sire your wirenuts are tight, most DIY electiric jobs are as easy as plugging in a cord to an outlet.

No shit the article title is misleading. Women have cheap acess to birth control, abortion, emergency contraception. There is no such thing as an unplanned pregnancy. The title should read, ungrateful parasites cost taxpayers 21 billion by playing the damsel in distress card. To top it off the sexist as fuck media will say the problem is all the deadbeat dads not paying for the kids. This is a huge strawman becuase child support received and payed does not count into any calculation for governme…

Deadbedeooms used to be a good place to go commiserate with other men who were not getting sex. It has been taken over by SJWs and feminists who down vote anything that puts women in a bad light. I mean this isn't exactly fair, dude doesn't even have on a swim suit. He is basically a step away from asking "hey want to come for a ride in my van?". Granted it is funny how quickly the dynamic changes. This is why I always loved Tom Lykis' advice, if all you want is some ass just lie about being some successful rich dude, show some money, go back to thier place and boom thats it.

Smartest thing I ever did was hire a lawyer to write up an support agreement that bypassed the state. Never, ever, ever do you want the state to start garnishing your salary, becuase once they have your money they are not giving it back. Supidist thing I ever did was have a kid in this legal climate. It will be a sweet day when i write that last check.

Don't say shit, then when eventually you get an "I'm pregnant" from someone, first be excited. Then go to your Dr and get a sperm count done. After confirmed 0, take her out to a really expensive dinner, order the most expensive thing on the menu, when the food arives, tell her and walk out leaving her with the bill. I say wait for the test, because you do not want to burn that bridge in case you have to do the hail mary.

In the words of the great Tom Leykis, "women are dream killers". Don't get serious involved with a woman until you have achieved your dreams in life, because women will activity seek to drag you down to keep you at their level or risk losing you to a higher status woman.

It has nothing to do with health or choices or anything. Women are born with all the eggs they are ever going to have. Over the years genetic material gets damaged. Doesn't matter if you are eating twinkies or organic oats. They have an expiration date and nothing a woman does can change that. Men on the other hand have the advantage of making new sperm every day, however even then sperm quality and count decreases as men are and testosterone production decreases.

I've had money and been broke as shit. I can tell you this, that kind of money is freedom as long as you don't mind being alone and trusting no one. When you have money you have to constantly be paranoid about people trying to get close to you just for the money. For example growing up our family was many times richer than anyone in the area. Your body cannot add fat if you are eating below your BMR. This isn't magic, it isn't some arcane science of eating that magic combination of food to not make you fat. Your body can't break the laws of thermodynamics. If you eat below BMR, especially if you keep your carbs low enough to induce ketosis, weight will fall off of you if your a Ham planet.

Problem is most women don't start like this. Most are chill as fuck. They will drink with you. Wake you up with blow jobs. Make you breakfast. Then you marry her. And then you have kids. I think the true problem stems from you can't argue with idiots. I think it was George Carlin who said it, and idiot won't use logic, they will drag you down to their level. Women of the past few generations have been coddled by the system. Schools have given them higher marks, jobs have been given not on achievement but to full a quota. Problem is most employed housewives sit on their ass all day while the kids watch TV and expects the husband to do 50% of the housework. My advice is not to get married. American woman want to act like a lazy cunt, but then have you treat them like a 50's super mom.

Child support is sexist though. Women ultimately control if a child is born thanks to abortion being legal and them having access to like 13 different kinds of birth control. Men have condoms, which can be tapered with. Heck sperm can even be harvested from bjs and condoms. In the end the custodial parent should be 100% on the hook for the kids expenses. If mom decides to keep the kid and leaves the dad, why should he have to pay? If it was financially irresponsible for mom to leave than the dad…

Trust a woman who says "I've never been on the pill but my ex boyfriend/ husband never got me pregnan/I must me infetile". Shit get that money. I would totally be down to marry a doctor wife making 6 figures, stay married for 10 years or so then take the kids and get child support/alimony. dead bedroom or no. It's funny because we are only now getting close to alimony reform in my state because more and more women are having to pay it.

Women don't need men until the divorce. Then they go begging to the state for food stamps, medicaid, child support, alimony. You name it. I got a death stare from a Ham Planet at work the other day when she said "the child support I get isn't enough to support me and my kids". I asked where it said that child support was supposed to take care of everything. What happened to being an independent woman?

Me on the other hand I just go to some random nsfw subreddit and rub one out if I'm really horney and could have sex again like 15 min later. It doesn't really affect my sex drive. Heterosexual male/female friends don't exist. The male biological imperative means he is Always producing sperm and needs to spread it with as many women as possible. It's not a troll. Why is it 100% up to the man to prevent pregnancy? Does a woman not ultimately control birth control? It is her uterus after all. If women don't want the responsibility of children it should be up to them to either abort the pregnancy or prevent it. The man has no rights over her body.
