Im on gear and i approve. Agree with allot of things specifically. 1.gear wont do anything if ur diet is bad, a natural with low test will build more muscle with a perfect diet than somebody taking 3 grams of gear and living on doritos. Protein and micro nutrients build muscle. Dont use high doses on a cut, unless you are very very fat or not very advanced, its next to impossible to build muscle in a deficit. I disagree, i had 300 test, did 500mg and got my levels to above 1500 ( test only showed 1500 because it was capped to 1.5k, uncapped is expensive) i could do 2 jobs, sleep only 4 hours and be awake 21 and workout everyday for 1 hour yet be more energetic than when i was without test and sleeping 9 hours a day , sitting on my ass all day and not working.
